Climate controls in room only offer an auto setting and only go down to 65°. All night Long the air conditioning would cycle down and then the heat would come on. Making it impossible to get a good night's rest because of the wildly fluctuating temperature in the room. Over $200 a night and there's not even any complimentary coffee at the front desk check-in area , on top of the rather high nightly room cost , $16 a day to park in a parking lot that has more than enough parking. It's not like parking there is limited. Expected to pay for everything which should be included in a room costing this much money. The rooms are okay but honestly they're kind of drab and undecorated. Could hear the entrance door slamming at all hours of the morning. Really kind of devoid of any character and sterile.

Mary at the front desk went above and beyond in her work, with the hotel having lots of evacuees from the fires, mary's warm attitude and helpful demeanor made my day a little brighter! Wonderful recently renovated property.

The hotel is situated at an elevated level which provides nice views and excellent air quality. The fire pit is a nice touch

I wasn’t staying at the hotel that day but was inexplicably charged an extra $5 for internet. Additionally, parking fees had to be paid, the front desk management was not friendly enough, and I never managed to have breakfast because there was only one person serving, making the service extremely slow.

Got in my room and the sink had been cleaned as there was still soapy water in it but there was clearly something nasty in the sink still remaining ours later when I checked in. This is not in a high demand area and the parking lot must have had a hundred spaces. So when checking in and they said are parking in the building I was confused. There is no underground parking or parking structure just a large shared parking lot. So I said I was parked outside. She said okay that $15 per night. I totally get the need for parking in high demand area but if you have been to this location it simply feels like an ugly money grab for no reason.

When checking in with my son she stated you have one king bed. I said a king with sofa bed is what I paid for, she looked at me annoyed and went looking for the room I paid for, pretty confident based on her reaction she intentionally put me in the worst location possible. There are better locations than this one if staying in the area.

Hotel provided bi-daily housekeeping service, i have to called and exchanged for new clean towels the next day. In the 3rd days house maids only made up the bed and provided clean towels , but no cleaning to the bathroom and pick up any garbages on the floor.This is a named brand and higher price hotel in this area, but it gave me a lot of surprises with different experiences.In addition, they charged $10 per day for parking that is not listed when I made booking. This is surprised and not my expected as well.

I stay in this hotel many times before. But this is the first time after COVID that I have stayed.
One thing that I felt it should improve as the bottled water should be free and not get charge $6.00 per bottle.
I can't understand that you cut back on the little bottles of shampoo body wash to be more environmental conscious.
But bottled water are a necessity for travelers. I hope they'll change the policy of not providing bottle waters upon arrival.
