Nice and newly renovated rooms. The beds were comfortable with new bedding. The carpet and furniture were all nice. Big and bright bathroom with a newly replaced shower. Friendly staff and a nice and new lobby

Friend's home was burnt into ashes last month and the hotel was completely full for the fire victims. Managed to book a room for home and the front desk staff was so nice to give him a complimentary parking which wasn't included in the hotel. Room was not most trendy deco but was clean and alright

While you’re checking in, another staff member will swoop in and ask you if you have a vehicle. If yes, they’ll tack on a $6 charge for parking. Staff needs to work on professionalism. Rooms are fairly nice but had a spider in my shower.

Multiple stays here last year with great service and rooms. Front desk tells me "New for 2025, they do not honor the Marriott member status." If you have Hilton, I recommend booking down the road.

Friendly front desk always greeting you back with a smile. Comfortable rooms with all the necessities. Maintenance quick to address concerns. Nice pool and gym with restaurant for yummy healthy breakfast and dinner choices. Charged for jelly for my breakfast which was peculiar. Denny’s, Walmart and other stores and restaurants nearby. I didn’t have a car and Uber was easy. Loud door slamming early morning and late night were my only complaints as I’m a light sleeper.

Unprofessional Staff. Sorry to Say Courtyard has Always been my go to Hotel.
However For First time I came to stay at this place and I asked receptionist “ Jessie” if there is any Complementary upgrade available ( which I am allowed based on status with Marriott)
The receptionist did not even Looked at rooms available and bluntly told we are all booked.
I was able to go on App and Book the next upgrade immediately. To me it’s false information, unprofessional conduct and no desire to Deliver Exceptional customer service. They can do better than that for customers as we pay Premium Price Tags.

I would advise staying away. The management team is atrocious. I stayed here for a evening, as I was literally reviewing a renovation next door. We had dinner at a restaurant in the attached commercial center, a couple of hundred yards away. As we stayed over for a drink or two. I made the decision to leave my car in the center and not utilize the hotels parking. I then walked to the check in. Upon check in I was asked if I drove, informed that there was a parking charge and told how to use the secured parking. I informed the desk agent that I would not be needing the parking as my car was parked down the street. The duty manager jumped in and stated it was irrelevant and I would be charged parking. I was too tied to argue and went to bed.||I posted an appropriate review with Marriott and then receive a e-mail from a Reann Brownfield - Sales Manager, who actually claimed that the charge was legitimate and that they owned the parking at related business's!||I will be working in that area extensively for the next 12 months and will avoid this place like the plague.

I found two spiders in my room within the first ten minutes of my stay. The location is chaotic right next to the freeway and busy roads. The sizzler that is attached to the building is shut down and occupied by crackheads. If you walk through the parking lot you run the risk of getting stabbed.
