Check in and check out was quick. Parking was complementary.

The room was spacious. However, the quality of the tv in the room was really bad. The heater in the room smelled bad for a prolonged period of time when turned on. The room itself was clean, besides the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty and it was obvious that they do not get cleaned as they should.. I spotted multiple hairs on the wall of the shower.

Forget calling downstairs if you need anything. They’ll never answer. I’d suggest messaging them through the Marriott app. It seems like the fastest way to get a response within 10-30 mins.

Location was good, it’s good to keep in mind that it is deep in the city, about 10 mins from the freeway. Conveniently located close to a Costco and a few fast food locations and about 20 mins from the disney parks.

This is a great hotel. Clean rooms, always great on making sure our room gets cleaned and stocked with towels, etc.|Staff is so nice, helpful and always in great spirits. |We want to acknowledge Staff front desk by the name of Mavis. She was so helpful, asked if we needed anything. There was a long line and with her great smile and welcoming energy, she handled the busy line of incoming new customers in such an awesome way. Thank you Courtyard for such wonderful service. Mavis, thank you for always going an extra mile to make sure all customers are taken care of. |We will definitely be back.

We were referred to the Courtyard by a best friend. I asked him why he chose this hotel. He told me that the hotel was very accommodating, was in a great central location to businesses, restaurants, and shopping which is very convenient, and provided excellent guest services. So, we decided to give it a try and booked a room for my mother and I. The stay was more of a medical one verses personal which made the stay more challenging but the staff put our minds at ease and met all of our expectations and definitely lived up to the reputation that our best friend expressed. If we had a need or request the staff was more than willing to accommodate in any way possible going above and beyond. And, it wasn’t just the front desk staff (Rosie) and others that assisted but management (Natalia) and other staff members that ensured our stay was the best it could be. Each staff member went out of their way to provide the hospitality that one would expect from an international hotel chain. They were accommodating in every way which was truly unbelievable and totally amazing and has made each stay enjoyable and well worth it. Natalia maintains a well trained and professional staff that exhibits true professionalism and customer relations and always goes out of her way to treat each guest as family. She is amazing…and the staff too! It’s always a pleasure and we look forward to returning and staying at the Marriott Courtyard Cypress/Anaheim every time we are in the area.

I’ve stayed here three times for business trips, and I can’t say enough about how great the staff is! The front desk representatives are always incredibly welcoming and hospitable, special shoutout to Angie, Mwinji, and Mariah for consistently providing warm and friendly service.||The food and beverage counter staff are just as wonderful, always greeting guests with a smile. The rooms are consistently clean, quiet, and the perfect retreat, truly making this place feel like a home away from home.||Highly recommend, especially as a Bonvoy member who frequently stays with Marriott!

Mavis was incredibly helpful. Despite the hotel being fully booked, she diligently worked with us to find a suitable accommodation. While we waited, she even offered us some breakfast to make the time pass more smoothly. We genuinely appreciate Mavis for making our experience so enjoyable.

Front desk has been phenomenal. I had an issue with a business authorization approval but Angela worked through it with me to ensure I still had a room late that evening! She was still there in t he morning so we could get everything reapproved for my stay. I will be coming back due to the service I received

The lobby is well designed offer customers a great space to meet comfortably with friends, family or coworkers and includes a bar eating area. The staff is very professional, greeting you as you arrive. The room was well laid out design and the bed and pillows were comfortable. In addition to the food available at the hotel the is a variety of restaurants nearby. The accommodations and staff are both very welcoming.

We always stay at the Courtyard Cypress whenever we visit the area. The hotel is super clean and kept up. It is in a great location, for us and has great rates and free parking! The staff is always friendly, happy, and accommodating. The restaurant has breakfast and also open in the evenings. The food is great and awesome drinks in the evenings too. There are also restaurants nearby, not too far from theme parks, and the beach!
