Hotel is brand new. Everything is super nice. Great workout facility, really clean. Extremely convenient. You can literally walk from the airport terminal to here in three minutes. But honestly, the best part about the hotel was the service. Rarely do hotels come tidy up your room and make your bed anymore, but they did here which is super nice. And when I wanted to check in, it was a few hours early. The front desk manager named Ryan I think was absolutely amazing. Worked with me and was able to get me in. I was just super impressed with his level of service and the overall service at this hotel.

I don't usually write reviews for a one nighter in an airport hotel stay but this is an exception. The room was nicely appointed, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was an altogether a pleasant experience. The hotel was so close to the airport that my wife and I walked back to the hotel after returning the rental car. No need to ask if I would stay here again - the answer is yes.

Over all a good stay. Courteous staff and a convenient, short shuttle ride to the airport. First night, the feedlot/agricultural smells were pretty bad. Bed and towels were pretty tired. No complimentary coffee station. Lobby Bistro. Two 16oz drip coffees and two plain bagels, and the bill was over $27... That's just absurd... Courtyard needs to get that back under control. Will stay at the Residence Inn Columbia Point next time, and Uber to the airport.

Hotel is nice, beds are comfortable, café is delicious but $$$, atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Rooms are clean. The young lady at the front desk has been there both of my checking and she is warm, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have not met a staff member who has a negative energy yet. Even during an unfortunate fire alarm incident the staff was kind and helpful.

Check in was quick and easy, the lady at the desk was really nice! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I really liked the oversized lounge chair and ottoman. The shower was weird, half glass with no curtain so the ground got wet. Water didn’t get hot so I didn’t take a shower.

The facilities are very clean and look new. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was really nice and supportive. This hotel is conveniently located close to many places in the Pasco/Richland area. ||||I don't know why Trip Advisor sets a minimum characters requirement; I wanted to keep my review clear and cocise, and now I needed to add these words just to be able to submit it.

Thanks to the great front desk staff and Crystal for taking such good care of me for my short visit to Pasco! My room was clean and quiet, I had a timely pick up/drop off shuttle service, and I was happy I could get a Starbucks at 6:30 a.m.! Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is only a 7 minute walk from the airport. My rooms was clean and comfortable. The Staff was excellent and helpful whenever I had questions or issues. The Gym was small but clean and open 24 hours. The Starbucks was good but did not try the restaurant or bar.
