I booked with my points & was shocked that I was asked to see my card & the associate charged my card (by mistake).. I reasoned with them because he was new & i was accommodated with a breakfast (which was great since there’s no complimentary breakfast) .. the food was good.

Great location. My Husband & I loved the 24 hour gym. We loved sitting at the fire-pit in the courtyard. Loved the lobby upgrades. It’s welcoming with the tv’s & couches. The staff were nice.

Our first room had a minor smell, but they moved us into a new room immediately & maybe we got an upgraded room on the first floor (because we loved the room & the bed slept great)… compared to the other reviews.

Very disappointed with this hotel. We booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed for my husband, our son, and myself. When we checked in we were given a room with only a king bed and no sofa bed. We asked twice for the room we booked and paid for, but were told they had high occupancy and didn't have the room we booked available. We were told they would move us the following day and it never happened, so one of us slept on the floor for our stay. The manager told us the hotel staff cannot see what type of room the guest booked. Will not be staying at Marriott hotels anymore.

Decent overall but the little things killed it. Got a patio room yay. Sliding door opens 4 inches, with a lock they don’t want you to remove. Even if it did open, it’s a little garden area. When you open the normal door to enter, the deadbolt opens with the door. So if you’re in a hurry and need to use the restroom, the door is open. 2 shampoo bottles and no body wash. All 4 of my coffee packets were decaf, they have no brewed coffee until 630 am, front desk guy got me regular packets.
Just not what you’d expect at a Marriott, maybe I think for $200 a night (15 hours) I could get some body wash and regular coffee.
Also, due to location, lots of loud kids and their loud moms all around.

UPDATE: Marriott read my review and actually reached out to me with compensation in the way of points. I really appreciate the gesture and the effort it took.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.
Rooms need to be updated, internet speed was mediocre.
IMO, NOT a good value for money with outdated room condition, paid parking, not friendly staff regardless of your membership status.
I will not stay there for next trip in Orange County trip.

This hotel is just old they need to upgrade the doors the elevators the fans inside the rooms don't work especially the bathrooms there's just a lot of failing pieces I asked front desk for help with the bathroom fan and nobody replied I asked for additional towels nobody replied just disappointed. And the parking lot there's a lot of transient sleep in the cars not sure why they allow that it's unsafe.

Nicely located hotel in a very quiet area and close to some restaurants. There are only two floors with a pool. Friendly and helpful staff. This hotel meets all the BonVoy member requirements well. Thank you for a quiet and comfortable stay.

The room is average look. The internet is horrible in my room. I managed to link with Starbuck next door wifi. No free breakfast. They do have an electric car charger on the parking lot. I wish it was a Tesla supercharger because I drive a Tesla model Y.

Positive: "" Negative: They had a power outage and said it was city wide and it was not. Power was out for awhile. They never left us enough towels. We had to wait over 2 hours for them to bring sheets for the pull out couch. They stole our trash bags when cleaning the room.
