Convenient off the interstate. Close to Family Restaurant, which is handy if you wake up too late for the hotel's free breakfast. They responded positively to our request for extra pillows and a shower gel container. Bed was comfortable. Borrowed hair dryer from family in another room. Some light bulbs were out in several lamps. Overall, it was okay... needs a serious face-lift.

We recently stayed for a night and it was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was a little too firm for my personal taste, but that’s just me. Would stay again!

The hotel is extremely quite, and there are no complaints there, but it lacks a lot. The rooms are cramped. Its an old building and there isn't any fault there, but much is still dirty and in disrepair that could be reasonably fixed. I wouldn't consider it kid or pet friendly. And it is certainly not a place to go for a multi-night stay.

Stayed in two different rooms, both were absolutely fantastic. The pool was warm compared to the outside weather, but still very much the right amount of cold. The hot tub was absolutely perfect all around. And the breakfast is great too, I absolutely enjoyed eating it. Take the time to visit if you haven't, you won't regret it

I won't return because: I found a dirty towel in the bathroom, bodily fluids on the walls in the bathroom and the bed and the paint was coming off on the walls, not just a little but huge patches in the bathroom. Also, the shower head was ripped out of the wall. The room also had a funky mildew smell. The hot tub looked dirty. The only thing said to me was sorry after I reported the dirty towel. So gross 😝. I disinfected and wiped down the fluids in bathroom and the light fixtures and the door. The breakfast looked good, but most of it was gone or stale by the time we had it. It was also messy with waffle batter. Maybe a 1/4 left. Nobody was checking on things.

We were here for the high school state dance competition, The breakfast offerings were ok, however the hot food was Luke warm at best. The pool and hot tub were disgusting things on the bottoms of the hot tub and something floating on the top. The rooms (we had 2) were not great, the bathroom you barely have room to undress to get in the shower it’s so small. There was trash and wrappers under the bedside table when we checked in, there were what appeared to be dog marks in the walls. You have to basically slam the door to be sure it is shut tight. And the carpet throughout is just dirty.

This location has a lot to be desired when compared to other country inns and suites throughout the country.
It is in dire need of a full renovation.
Everything about this place was half assed. Visibly broken doors,ripped up carpets, exposed pipes (with a desk placed over it)
Very untraditional room styles- it seemed like they added or removed portions of rooms because the layouts were any id seen.
Pool had ceiling tiles removed and exposed areas.Trash left around in public areas
Everything needed a vacuum but the
Limited staff chose to sit behind closed forts instead.
And breakfast was cold.
The management was reply was so generic and over simple that I’m not sure they took my complaints to heart.
I Never got a follow up response from corporate offices either.
I was once very brand loyal but this experience has changed my future hotel arrangements regarding any choice hotels.

Good value for a family. Staff was very attentive to details and asked if everything is satisfactory. rooms for a clean. Pool was in good shape and the towels kept coming. Breakfast was very good. Easy parking. On and off the highway super close. Altogether a good experience. We shall be back.
