I have no idea how this hotel has so many great reviews!? My back literally hurt for a month after their super hard beds with tiny SQUARE pillows! It took more than 10 minutes around 7pm for someone to come to the desk to check is in, then it was a super slow process. The entire time there were teenagers running around, because the pool is near the entrance and there was popcorn spilled everywhere. We stayed two nights and I regretted it, should have paid more, but the reviews were great and I liked the location. I'm not sure why there were people eating the breakfast items left out...it was a weird vibe and I almost got hit in the parking lot by other people twice while leaving the first night. The breakfast was nothing to rave about. Like I said most of it (besides the hot food) was already out the night before. Even the coffee was not drinkable. We went on a fairly quiet night; I can't even imagine how bad it is on a busy night! I honestly just want a clean hotel with a comfortable bed... this place is not that!

Room was nice and clean. Hotel was quiet at night. Breakfast was good with many different options.

The hot tub though was a whole different experience. There was so much chlorine in the hot tub that it made our eyes burn within minutes of getting in. It got even worse with the jets on. Never have we been at a hotel that’s used so much chlorine in their pool or hot tub. Water that had been splashed out onto the walls was leaving white powder as it evaporated.

When we mentioned it at checkout we were told that they put a bunch more chlorine in on the weekends.

Definitely not good for someone who has an allergy to chlorine. Normal doses are manageable, but to not know about such a dramatic increase in chlorine, which doesn’t do anything more than the normal amount, could be bad for someone, like us.

Recently stayed in a room with king bed. Staff is extremely nice and professional. The room itself is very roomy and clean and cozy. The shower is very nice, great warm water and great water pressure. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful. My only suggestion for breakfast is to provide a meat option like sausage or ham. We will definitely be back here again soon. Highly recommend.

There are a lot of other parking lots in the area so it's a bit confusing to get to and you have to drive around other buildings since I don't believe there's a direct way to get to the hotel parking lot from the main road (if there was we missed it). The staff were very nice and it was easy to check into our room. We switched from an accessible room with a roll in shower to one with two beds since there is a shower in the pool area. Even without an accessible room there would've been enough room to navigate in a wheelchair if we had needed to, although the bathroom would've been wholly inaccessible since it's pretty small. The room was very clean and I'm a big fan of the countertops. The room came with a laundry bag which is typical but still appreciated, as well a fridge/microwave plus a coffee maker. We got a first floor room and had a nice view of the water that's behind the building. The one thing I didn't like was the box spring mattresses and the weird polyester sheets but other than that the beds were clean and moderately comfortable. If you plan on staying for more than a night or two and you have back problems like I do I'd recommend bringing some kind of mattress topper and your own pillow. The room was pretty quiet aside from a tiny bit of highway noise, we were on the side facing away from the highway though. The pool was nice although on the colder side and they had a hot tub which was lovely. Breakfast was nothing special, there was meat, eggs, cereal, and a good juice selection. They also had a lot of tea bags out. Overall I'd probably look into more of the hotels in the area before staying here again just due to the uncomfortable mattresses but it's a safe choice nonetheless.

Staying here was fantastic. Super clean and modern room! Breakfast had a bunch of options. A little farther from the airport, but they do have a shuttle available if need be. Best hotel I’ve had in a while.

We decided on this motel because of all the reviews we read that stated this was a good motel. This could not be farther from the truth. The Only good part about our stay was the front desk lady that checked us in. Our suite was ok but for the price I would have expected more. The carpet was old and ruff to walk on. The walls are very thin. What was spost to be a relaxing stay turned into us listening to a group of high school kids slam doors and run up and down the halls. The pool area was very outdated with what appeared to be cracks in the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was warm at best. While we were in the workout room a employee in charge of the pool and sauna came in with a paper drinking cup with what I am guessing was some sort of chemical and proceeded to dump it into the sauna and left.. We will not be returning to this motel.

Aaron is the most wonderful manager at a hotel I have ever met. He's very respectful and down to earth, willing to help a person in need. Very understanding. The rest of the staff what is also very accommodating. When I had checked in, the lady behind the desk offered to help me with my bags, and then when I had food ordered, she even offered to bring it up to me.. she has medium length red hair, don't remember her name. The location is perfect, the bed is a little lumpy but I still got a good amount of sleep. Definitely a welcoming place
