I visited my girlfriend in Wisconsin, and this hotel helped me have a place to stay for the best weekend of my life.

It offered free breakfast, had a pool area, a cozy lounge area, and some of the nicest receptionists I've met. A feature I particularly liked was that they had gospel tracts at the entrance.

My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The only downside was that the bed was too firm for me, but the receptionists gladly provided me with extra pillows, which made it a non-issue going forward.

My girlfriend and I were able to have a bible study in the lounge without too much noise or interruption.

The location was great as it was close to a lot of businesses, and it had a restaurant only a few feet away from the hotel with incredible food.

Overall, I'd definitely stay here again, but I'll need to remember more pillows for the bed.

Room was clean and comfortable, although a wee bit tight. The shampoos and lotions are all in dispensers, which is fine, but I think they should carry that through to the hand soap, as well. The pool area was nice and relaxing. Breakfast was average. Would stay again if back in the area.

Front desk was super friendly at check in! Answered all my questions and helped me find everything I needed. Clean room with fridge and microwave! Perfect for traveling families. I used the pool and hot tub and it was clean and refreshing! Nice hot breakfast to start your morning included with stay! All around, a very good experience.

Summary: Hotel was great, but be prepared to pay stated room fee PLUS additional $50-100 at check in.

In terms of the room and amenities, everything was clean, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was good and plentiful. It is a hotel that is a great value for your money. The employees we interacted with were friendly despite my surprise at the deposit policy. Upon check-in I was charged for both rooms *and* expected to authorize a $100 deposit. In my experience with other hotels, I have provided my credit card for authorization and to have it on file for potential additional fees, but have only been charged the room fee/taxes as expected, at checkout. In my situation, I had only enough funds to cover two rooms for one night; had my partner not been able to provide his credit card, I’m not sure if we would have been able to check in (but still may have been charged for the room, as per the refund policy). This fee did not seem to be disclosed before booking, only after I received my confirmation. Since I have a limited income and only one card (which I was using), this was a stressful moment in an otherwise good stay.

I would have done a 10, but a couple of things stood out that could have been better.
1.) Beds were not the greatest. Almost feels like there is the plastic wrap still on the bed. Made a lot of noise when you just sat on it and sheet weren’t that soft/comfy.
2.) There were cobwebs in our room above the tv so we could see them when we sat on the bed.
3.) Can’t really do too much about this and it’s inevitable in a hotel I guess, but the walls are pretty thin so you could hear people above, next to the room, and across the hallway in the other rooms.
Other than those things, the hotel is pretty nice for the price and felt safe to me!
Would definitely recommend to others and I would stay there again. Hopefully no webs in the room the next time though.
Also, the key card didn’t work by the pool entrance.

I try and not write bad reviews but i felt it was necessary. The sheets were dirty and I found some mold in the bathroom. There are kids constantly running up and down the hallways screaming at the top of their lungs. All that and they charged 190$ for one night. It was a mistake staying here.

The lady’s that work the morning shift are very unprofessional woman. They tried to say we were smoking in her our room and we were not smoking. We tried to speak with one of the woman , she was very unprofessional and very rude. Sad how they charge $130 + a night and still try and hit you with a $250 cleaning fee. NOT TODAY KAREN

PEGGY is known for going into room after checkout to smoke. She has charged me and three other people this week for smoking in a room. As a pregnant women this is crazy. I can’t wait to see her in court and then after court.
