Quite a lot of noise from the interstate, but it was so constant it was almost like white noise to me, and I had no trouble sleeping. The suite was spacious and adequately furnished. Everything was clean and well maintained. Included breakfast was okay. The price i paid was very reasonable. Overall, I feel this hotel is a great value.

Matt to say the least was absolutely amazing. I was calling to book room for my 40th birthday. I had several questions, called several times inquiring about different rooms, amenities and prices. Matt was so professional, patient and helpful. Matt was the cheerful start to planning my special occasion. After calling several other places and dealing with people who were snippy and short because I had questions was so mind blown on how knowledgeable helpful and cheerful Matt was! Matt really shows his expertise in costumer service! Over all room was clean, pool and hot tub amazing. Highly recommend.

Due to the weather, I decided not to risk the hour drive home and stay in town closer to work.
Check-in was so easy. The worker, I think, could tell I was pretty frazzled as it took me 45 minutes to do an 11 minute drive.
She was very kind and welcoming.
The room is quiet, clean, and beautiful.
After decompressing, I was able to work for a while uninterrupted.
Thank you for being amazing.

Great location just off of 94 and near the Brat Stop! Front desk gal was not pleased she had to check in 3 travelers in a row, she could use some people skills training for that position. Nice rooms and typical included hotel breakfast. This place served its purpose.

Great location, amenities and rates.
The front desk check in was NOT friendly nor welcoming at all .
The breakfast staff SARA was superb!!!!!!!
The breakfast experience was CLEAN, organized, well replenished, delicious, courteous, friendly and welcoming.... Opposite of the front desk experience.
SARA deserves to be recognized for her superior work ethic and hospitality skill.
SARA is the reason l submitted all 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For a hotel that claims to be smoke free , this one completely missed the mark..I have asthma and the room smelled of cigarette smoke, fresh smoke that trigger attacks . We were there for 4 nights, this was reported to attendant and he said he'd take care of it by using a fabreeze bottle. Afterwards he doesn't apologize for the incident.. This location used to be considered a four star hotel at one, it isn't anymore. We have stayed here over the past 20 years. This is the last time for me. The breakfast staff and day attendants were wonderful, they deserve pay raises...

We stayed here for one night only and generally enjoyed the stay. The staff was welcoming and seemed to be trained well (it's rare to not see indian people). Sadly, this was a place with the worst wifi we had so far (we stayed in a lot of motels/hotels all over the US). This was really annoying if you have to work on stuff or whatever. Also, the breakfast room is way too small and it's very chaotic and loud. We didn't like that.
