Everything was fine except for the pool and hot tub. I reviewed photos from other reviews and the hot tub looks the same as it did a year ago. The room was clean and fine. But could use a deep clean. Primarily the shower and chair. I wouldn’t stay here again for fun. But it’s fine.

What a HUGE disappointment & we very much regretted booking rooms several months ago for our family to stay for a wedding, traveling from Colorado!! We originally booked 4 nights checking in 10/17/24 & checking out 10/21/24. Upon checking in @ 9pm, the man checking us in didn't know his job, and he had to ask the night audit man to take over. Since it wasn't the night auditors' job, he had to call a manager & ask what to do. He got instructions to "temporarily" get us checked into our rooms & the manager would fix everything the next morning. This whole process took forever & definitely not a great 1st impression of this hotel!! Finding a badly stained & bed bug on the mattress pad in 1 of rooms, dirty & cracked heater/air conditioner units, and rust & mineral build up in showers the next morning, it was quickly becoming apparent this hotel wasn't going to be acceptable accommodations!! The final determination to leave was when we went down to the included breakfast @ 8am. There were no plates to put food on, no egg omelets in pan, no bananas, and no food staff on-site. So when we went to the front desk to inquire about all this, a woman was coming in the door with groceries. By the time she restocked plates, omelets, and bananas, it was almost 9am when the breakfast was done. When the manager came in at 10am that morning, we relayed all the issues & breakdown of the check in, cleanliness of rooms, and breakfast. So, we found availability at another hotel & checked out. What a hassle!!! Our less than 12 hours at this hotel was awful 😖

Positive: Had hot water at least Negative: Room smelled unclean, pillow cases had a stuffy sweaty head smell and sheets and the towels. Paid extra for the room cause it said it had a higher rating and it clearly wasn't up to par. Shower had scuff marks all over the wall. sheets on hallway floor

Bad hotel and experience (Room 223):
1. Asked at booking for early check-in. Was told shouldn't be a problem but no guarantee that day and told to call back day of arrival to guarantee. I called day of arrival explaining we were an hour out and she said it was fine to check early at about 1:30 PM. Arrived and she was confused and made a mistake saying she confused my name with a different room we did not book. Result was we could not shower before our event and had to unpack late that night when we got back. There were only 5 cars in the parking lot so they were not busy. She explained none of the keys were working in the hotel and when we wanted to get in, they would have to let us in our room.
2. Room: missing thermostat controls on wall for hvac. No labels on dials for heater/air unit, excessive noise from heat/air unit, carpet stains, dirty walls, dirty furniture, and window curtain. Chandelier above table is broken (would not work past a very dim glow. Couldn't even tell it was on). No hotel info in room explaining wifi, directions for heat/air, front desk #, etc.
3. Other: Because keys on all doors didn't work, all of the hotel room doors were propped open so hotel staff could get in them. Their white van parks at the front door blocking the main entrance from the parking lot. You have to walk around the side and come back to the front door with your luggage to get in. Pool door locked on day 2 during pool hours on day 2. My key card worked on my room and the fitness room but the pool appeared closed and locked.

Really disappointed. Will not stay here again. Many other choices in the area.

Return 2 night visit to a location where we have had both good and bad stays in the past||This one .. not good.||The Good: excellent breakfast both days and love the complimentary cookies (attendants were amazing and hard working to keep supplied)||The Bad: Terribly uncomfortable beds, Unpleasant room odor, Slow drains, Television service was almost non-existent . no major networks or local stations, Had requested extra pillows and towels for our arrival but was not honored, Dirty bathtub and shower fixtures.||Conclusion: I advised the day managers upon check out but they just looked at me and offered no apology or compensation.|From my previous experiences with the Country Inn and Suites chain , this is not a typical hotel experience. So disappointing.||Needless to say ...this will be my last stay here.

A terrible experience and horrible service. Our door keys malfunctioned in the morning so we were locked out of our room. Got keys replaced but took a half hour for desk person to show up at desk and process our issue. WIFI password given was invalid. Phone in room did not work. No tissues in bathroom. Breakfast shut down at 9:45 even though it clearly stated 7-10 on weekends. No towels in pool area. When I complained to the front desk employees I was accused of being rude and obnoxious. I’ve repeatedly requested front desk employees to get a call from the manager but no response from the manager. Good luck resolving any issues. Extremely disappointing experience.

We booked in August for a weeding in October. We ORINGALY going to stay the whole-time which was October 17-21st. After a LONG day of traveling, we arrived around 10:00 PM on October 17th. When arriving the person at the front desk DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, So he had to call Liz (Manger) for assistance because he did not know what to do. Which brings me to my next point when we called to book in August, I have celiac disease witch means NO GLUTEN!!!!! We talked to Liz and she assured us that it would be safe to eat. When going down to breakfast the next morning their no options of what to eat. When my stepdad went to go complain he got an answer back that the "Breakfast Attendant" was at the grocery store, and I had NOTHING TO EAT. We got checked in really late and went right to bed as it was a long travel day, and we were exhausted. My Mom could Not sleep as the road noise was awful. When waking up the next morning the rooms where dirty vents were cracked and super dusty. The beds were disgusting, with stains, and what looks like bed bugs. All of the factures in the bathroom were rusty, outdated and no hot water. The next day on the 18th we had to switch hotels as we could not finish our stay. AFTER ALL PF THIS FRUSTRATION THEY WOULD NOT GIVE US A REFUND BACK.

Can't say much for rooms etc. Never stayed there.. but I actually went looking for a job.. seeing how I was greeted and what I could see of the guest experiences I walked out.

Know your worth and don't accept a job that's toxic.
