Not a bad stay, just a few issues. Our room was semi clean. They did a quick clean and it was noticable. The shower was dirty and there was someone else sock in the room. The room was a good size, beds comfortable and good pillows. Breakfast was great and a huge plus. Down side is it seems a little sketchy at night with randoms walking around. Would stay again if we needed to

Yes, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Yes, the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choices. Before I made my reservation, I did the research and found a lot of complaints about cleanliness. When I got to my room, I made it a point to take several pictures so basically the room could speak for itself. There was no smell, the sheets were spotless, the floor was vacuum, the toilet was sparkling, even the microwave and little refrigerator wee immaculate. I even checked behind the toilet and under the bathroom sink as these are places that housekeeping in hotels rarely cleans, if ever, but it was spotless just as everything else was! The bed was super comfortable, two of the four pillows were feather pillows and it was quiet. I slept like a baby.

We were so happy to get off the interstate after the construction and with a severe storm approaching. As we pulled in, we had the choice between this hotel and the Holiday Inn Express. This one claimed to have a restaurant, so we chose it. What a mistake!!

They DON’T have a restaurant.

The room was filthy. No one had attempted to remove whatever this was on the curtains.

The bathroom floor had not been cleaned…there was a random pen laying in plain view under the sink. There were ZERO supplies: no soap, shampoo, lotion. Nothing. Only two towels. No bath mat. The shower floor was slick and hazardous.

We had seen a cleaning cart shoved down the hall when we arrived, so went there to grab some soap…none in sight.

Due to the severe weather, we had no choice but to remain overnight.

The next morning, we skipped the breakfast after seeing the nastiness in the room, but I grabbed a cup of coffee as we departed. It was cold.

They obviously are paying people to post good reviews.

The hotel is in generally good shape and clean. For the price it was overall worth it. But we had a few different issues that were rather annoying.

The gentleman that checked us in had zero customer service skills. He barely spoke two words to us while checking us in. The bathroom sink was clogged. My wife called down to the front desk (most likely same guy) to report it and he just hung up on her and no one came to take care of it. The toilet seat was broken. Then at 4:30 am in the morning when I went to take a shower realized there was no shower curtain.

No one must have informed the hotel staff that the hotel was fully booked for a local soccer tournament because they were not the least bit ready for it. Our room for 4 people had 3 bath towels, and we were the lucky group of our party. Another family traveling with us had zero bath towels and another family’s room had not been serviced when provided their room number to check in. Our room had house ants and the hair dryer pulled out of the wall when attempting to use it.

The staff was great, the issue was with the rooms cleanliness.

I walked in to no refrigerator, which was fine, but the entire door appeared to be ripped off.

There was an open bar of soap next to the tub. The room looked like it was cleaned in a very rushed manor.

There was no remote in the room and the smoke detector had a low battery beep.

The staff was great with providing a remote and battery to assist with those issues. If it wasn't for all rooms being booked and everything else in the area booked, I would have just left and booked elsewhere.

Hotel elevator floors were dirty. Kids running up and down the halls on every floor. Hubby asked the one where they were from and she said they lived there. First room we had the tv and phone didn’t work. Moved us to another room. I know of at least 1 other couple that had same problem with the tv. We were on a bus trip and they knew we were coming as it had been reserved ahead of time. First told breakfast was at 6 but when we got there was told 7 because it was Sunday. We were leaving for home at 8 so everyone from the bus was hanging around in the lobby to get in to grab something before we left. Most of the items that were prepared were not enough for the amount of people there and there were only 26 of us not the 50+ it holds. Most people went away hungry. Very disappointed as we have stayed in other Country Inn and Suites that were great. Would not stay here again.

So my family had to get 2 rooms for one night. We arrived at the hotel and asked if it would be possible to get an additional room. They didn’t have any vacancy, which was fine. We settle into the rooms and decide to check the mattresses. Lo and behold, the mattress had a large spot of blood and several insects. I don’t think they were bed bugs but we were absolutely shocked to see not only did the mattresses not have any protectors on them and that they were in this state. We then had to leave in the middle of the night to track down another hotel. Never, ever again will we consider this hotel!
