I absolutely love this place! The service at Marriott is consistently top-notch. We arrived earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in early, which was such a relief. They also accommodated us with a late checkout, making our stay even more comfortable.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The restaurant and coffee shop were excellent as well, offering delicious options that we thoroughly enjoyed.

I can’t recommend this Marriott enough—it’s the perfect place to relax and feel taken care of. We’ll definitely be back

Nice hotel. Rooms facing bay have a great view. Food was good. Pool was nice!
Gym is dated but the outdoor amenities are nice like pickleball and tennis courts.
Our daughter loved the flamingos.
Options for parking are self park for $47 or valet for $55 a day. Kind of over priced

I don’t like to write poor reviews because it’s hard on the business, however, this Marriott needs some help, soon. I read through ,any other reviews and really I a, just confirming what other people have said. First the employees are excellent and try to help with what they have and the resort is a beautiful facility in a perfect location. The problem is this resort is very, very tired. I was there on business so I had a lot of friends to ask their opinions and they all agreed with me. The carpets are just disgusting and stained and should have been changed years ago. The pillows make better doormats. I hacked a big gash in my leg from a piece of steel sticking out of the bed and room smelled like cat’s litter box. It was a large meeting so we had very bad and stale banquet food. The restaurant is horribly overpriced and only has occupancy for about 30 at lunch and dinner. The bar is very small also. ||I recommend not eating here. There are many restaurants only a five-minute walk down the path. I stayed in a Marriott in Houston the night after, just fine. Tonight I’m in a Westin in Panama City and I know it’s what I expect from Marriott. ||If you want to go to Coronado, wait until they remodel.

Beds are horrible, specifically the mattresses and pillows (regardless of foam or feather) and there's a metal bar protruding from the side of the bed which took part of my ankle. The location is amazing. The pool bar didn't open and didn't have any service at the pool (had to go back and forth from the bar, and the gate to the pool wouldn't work with the room key making it difficult to act as a waiter for my family). No one answers the phone to in room dining (they have a code you can scan and order) so no one to ask questions to. When I finally ended up falling asleep had to make sure no one needed to use the bathroom because the bathroom door would squeal when trying to close it.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, the location is absolutely amazing—conveniently situated and close to everything we needed. The highlight of our stay, however, was the service. Mia, who helped us during check-in, was incredibly kind and friendly, making the entire process smooth and welcoming. She really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, although I did notice that the vents had a bit of dust. Not a huge issue, but it was something worth mentioning. As for the amenities, they were top-notch, and the valet service was fantastic—quick, efficient, and always available when we needed it.

Overall, this hotel offered a great experience, and I’d definitely return for the excellent service and prime location.

Excellent stay and the views and location are perfect. Stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the resort and the community. My only slight complaint is the room was looking out at the area the kids run around and play so it was quite noisy and not the perfect place to sit out on the patio without the screaming kids.
I was able
To overlook it because frankly was not in the room that much but early morning s was a struggle. Food and service were great. This is a nice stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here for a work conference. Even though it is on Coronado Island, it is very close to the train station and the airport. The property is located on a pathway on the bay that leads to several other restaurants nearby. The rooms overlook the water and the bridge, and the view is stunning. The rooms are spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the heating and air conditioning system was not loud and was effective. The property itself is very nice for a conference. Everyone I interacted with was super nice, and I felt well taken care of during my stay.

I've now stayed here twice during business trips to NASNI for work from Virginia and this is a beautiful hotel with waterfront views, a stellar location with a gorgeous pool, and direct access to the walking/running path.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating for room requests. The lobby is large and gorgeous and they do offer valet.

The rooms are clean and spacious and comfy. It's a nice and quiet hotel. The app worked seamlessly for check-in and mobile key.

Parking and resort fees are expensive - parking is $47 a day to self park and there is another $50 resort fee a day. This fee does include use of the tennis/pickleball courts and bikes you can use for 2-hours during the stay (we did use them once and the tires were flat on most of them).

I enjoy staying here and I think it's a gorgeous location with a prime view of downtown San Diego across the bay. You can quickly walk the path to the Ferry Landing and shop or go for a jog directly from your room which I highly enjoy.

Easily walkable to shops and dining on Orange.
