We used Corbett's Catering for a surprise birthday celebration for 50 guests. The service was above & beyond what I would have expected. Brian came to my home ahead of time to look at the site & provided us with a list of everything we would need to rent to plan the perfect party. (I believe he would've arranged everything but we were doing the rental of tents, tables, & chairs on our own to save some money.) The menu choices included a good selection. We scheduled the event having a feeling of security knowing that he does the catering at Edward's Mansion.
On the day of the event, Brian arrived at the requested time and set up quickly. He moved his vehicle onto another street so the birthday surprise would be maintained. Although we had chosen to do our own appetizers and dessert to save some money, he still helped with setting them up and refilling the appetizers as they were depleted. None of this was part of his contract. He and his wife are just a great team!
Dinner was ready at the appointed time and it was superb! It exceeded my expectations and every guest enjoyed the food immensely. The service was professional. The clean up was efficient and thorough.
I would highly recommend his business to anyone looking for a high quality caterer.
