I ordered, and enjoyed, a Copper House cheesesteak sandwich. It was served hot and fresh on a toasted bun. The deli had some delicious looking desserts, but I didn't try any of those.

Phenomenally made sandwiches! I give it 4 stars because of the long wait. We were in for a quick bite to eat, but ended up switching to take out because we had plans after. Additionally, it is a bit overpriced. Ultimately, though, the food was made very well and ended up being mostly worth the wait. The atmosphere is very nice. I'll certainly come back if I'm not in a hurry to get anywhere.

Good spot for a nice hearty lunch.
We had the Close Talker and Big Beefy Cheese sandwiches. Both were great and made to order (got the Close Talker without horseradish).
Nice little spot to sit and eat inside, and plenty on the menu that I still want to try.

My second time here. First time was so awesome! But today I stopped by to pick up a take out order and when I got home and opened my sandwich to eat it, i noticed the bread looked dark on the inside and upon closer inspection, it was completely burned!! Talk about disappointment! I had to take the meat out and grab my loaf of white bread out of the pantry and use it, which was horrible. I dont know why anyone would ever send out burned up bread and ruining someone's meal instead of just taking two more mins to toast another bun. I tipped for this

Update: they made this issue right with me after talking to the manager, and they offered to replace my sandwich... Which was delicious and fresh. Will definitely continue to go here. I recommend the Reuben or the french dip type of sandwich. Both are excellent.

Food is great, let’s give credit where credit is due. And from what I can see they give back to the communities as well which is awesome.
But 40 min wait for 2 sandwiches? No thanks. We came in on a Friday afternoon, placed the order at 1:47pm, I know this for a fact cause I was texting a friend at that time. We didn’t get our sandwich until 2:27. The shop wasn’t busy at least not the dine in.
I agree with other reviewers, the kitchen is extremely unorganized. I manage restaurants myself and there’s no reason for 2 sandwiches to take that long. The funny part is, people who came in in the next 20 mins after we ordered, got their food the same time we did, so there’s something definitely wrong with how the kitchen is operated.
The one girl and one boy in the kitchen look frazzled most the time and there’s just no flow.
I love local joints and will choose to support them over chains, but this place needs a game plan for their kitchen.

I eat here quite frequently and I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always delicious and the service is great! If you’re looking for a local restaurant with great food and a great experience, this is the perfect choice!

Unique local spot with made to order fresh sandwiches, wraps etc. Since it is freshly made and made to order it does take a little longer than most places but it is so worth it. This will be my go to while I’m in the area. Staff was extremely friendly and love how they have a pay it forward wall. So unique, so local and can’t wait to try something different next time.
