I was working at a yard bucking up a big tree branch that fell. We were getting ready to leave when Richard pulled up to bring food to the homeowner. Richard then waved us down before we took off and gave a little box of jambalaya. That was Very kind of Richard to do so, specially after all that hard work. So here come the good part. I wanted to save the jambalaya to go find a good spot with a view to take lunch, but the smell was just so hard to resist. So I took a small bite and I just said screw the view I'm gonna pull over and eat it righthright right now! The flavor was amazing! Enough spice to give it a kick but not overwhelming. Now I want to know what else is in the menu! Thanks Richard!

Fan-freaking-tastic. This guy makes the BEST paella. I have never been a fan of shrimp, but his cooking magic has turned that around. Highly recommend him for any event or occasion that calls for paella. Richard is also very nice to interact with and is a generous chef.
