this cookout sucks. they cannot get an order right to save their lives. i went twice this week because their food is good but my order has been wrong both times. the first time i asked for no onions on a burger and it was smothered in them. the whole car smelt like onions. tonight i got a burger with just bacon and cheese and i open it up and its a piece of chicken on a bun with just bacon. how hard is it to put together a burger it’s ridiculous. i am so pissed off right now. the receipt clearly says burger tray. if you can’t make a burger don’t work in fast food. also had to wait in the drive thru for 45 minutes and there was only 4 cars in front of us.

Went to the drive thru today. Had to speak loud because the order taker couldn't hear due to faulty speakers. She (order taker) yells at me saying "you didn't have to yell, I can't hear you so calm down) with a nasty attitude/tone. Of course I drove off & went to the window. She coward behind an employee. He apologized for her. I left the window and went inside to speak with the manager. She's still at the window avoiding to look my way. The manager provided me with the info I requested to make a formal complaint. Why he didnt take her off the window or have her clock out is beyond me. The worst customer service. Of course, after that I didn't order anything. I'm not going to pay for someone to be rude to me. I will never visit this place again when I'm passing through Troy, Alabama. Avoid at all costs.

5 Cheddar cheese bites, that's it. 3.39 and you get 5 tiny bites. The size of a penny each. Verified with employee. That's all you get. Should have requested refund honestly. Will not be back. They steal your money. This is our 2nd visit to the Troy, AL location and we got burned both times. Calling their corporate officer does nothing as nobody answered the phone. Pretty typically.
If inflation is their excuse then we the people need to quit putting up with this from companies. Short of sending me a refund plus tax the review stands. Don't let their response below fool you, nothing has changed.

Large, superclean and cool though there is light and views in all directions. Food was hot and fairly fast. Cooked to order and real meat. My daughter declared she enjoyed it and felt as though men particularly would enjoy anything on the menu. Think game day , ball park, the family grill and childhood favs.

Chicken sandwich was good but no real flavor should have ordered the Cajun version. Just stopped here driving through. The burgers smelled great, unfortunately I'm allergic to beef. However, although the chicken sandwich was tender and juicy, it needed some sauce for flavor. The fries were overcooked, hard and dry. The Cajun spice was good though on the fries. We had to pull up and wait a good while.
