I came to Visalia to meet my girlfriend’s family. I chose this hotel for the location and value. And I honestly got more than I bargained for. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and up to date. A bonus was the generous complimentary breakfast. The hotel is in the heart of downtown Visalia, right across the street from the convention center and within walking distance of several breweries. I would stay here again.

Very nice rooms & the staff is very pleasant. The amenities were very generous and close to downtown, we didn't have to drive to enjoy the area's night life along with the local food. . We would definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels, and I have to say this one was by far my most favorite one. The little fridge actually has a freezer in it and it gets really cold, the AC works amazing too, and the complementary breakfast is awesome! You have to get the waffle it’s amazing! The staff were great and very helpful and are so kind. The location is also perfect if you love to hang around downtown, and right next to a great little shop for tacos and burgers. We will be staying here again and recommending family to stay here as well.

I had an emergency and booked last minute. The staff was great and very helpful. I got a room facing the street and it was real noisy and kept us up. If you book make sure you don't face the street. The rooms were clean except on the last night we turned the light on and we found a few Baby Roaches by the coffee area. The refrigorator could have been cleand a bit more but we only used it for our drinks. Other then that I would recommend the Hotel!

Room was clean and very spacious, only complaint was the noise from the street most of the night. Besides that will stay here again as the price was right and the room was clean and comfortable plus a nice free breakfast down stairs in the lobby from 5 am till 9:30 am

Easy and fast check in , good location for our stay. Only 1hr 30 min from Sequoia National Forest (Giant Forest Tree, General Sherman Tree, Moro Rock Trail, Tunnel Log). Parking underneath, Room was clean, well stocked and cozy for our 1 night stay. Location of our room faced the parking garage so it was a little loud at night, but nothing that disturbed our sleep. Complimentary breakfast was basic but tasty great way to start your day, They have a waffle maker… Now if you’re in the mood for Mexican Food stop by TPKS Tacos which is within walking distance from the hotel….Check out was easy. Definitely would stay again!

Google rates this as a 2 Star Hotel, but I think it should be higher. Yes, it's an older building, but it's very well maintained and clean. We visit family in Visalia once or twice a year, this will be our go-to hotel from now on. This was a great place!

We’ve been traveling for two weeks. This is our favorite hotel/suite. We love that there is a TV in the “living room” and bedroom. Yes 2 TVs during baseball playoff season. We had an issue with a light timer shutting off too quickly and it was fixed right away. We will seek out Comfort Inn, in the future.
