Not like the pictures, very run down, sink did not drain and overpriced for the conditions. I booked a stay to visit my cousin in college. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of the fact that the pool and hot tub were not in service. Upon checking in, I was told that for the inconvenience the manager was offering full refunds. I decided to take her up on the offer and returned my key cards along with another guest. As we were getting ready to leave, the hotel attendant told the other guest and me that she would take care of everything and sent us on our way. Two weeks later I have to call to make sure I get my refund. On the phone i was told my stay was never cancelled and on their end I stayed. After a lot of back and forth, I was finally able to get my money back not without a lot of attitude on their end. They need to get their shit together!

I booked this hotel based on location and price, so I went in with pretty low expectations however I was pretty surprised with what I got. It appeared everything was remodeled recently, however it had the feeling it was done very cheaply. It was a huge hotel, but when we showed up the first thing we noticed was there were almost no other cars in the lot which wasn't a great sign. The floors had footprints all over them and the walls and elevators had scuff marks all over the place. When we got to our room the bench under the TV had been pushed into the walk way blocking you from walking to the other side of the bed. There was debris all over the floor where it was supposed to be. It looked like maybe a repair had been made to an outlet and they cut away the drywall and didn't clean up afterward? I really have no idea what it has, but it was a mess. I was willing to overlook that, but it seemed very consistent with the condition of the rest of the hotel. We'd been considering using the pool and hot tub, but I looked into the pool room and there was pretty massive water damage around one of the windows. The drywall was bubbling and there was significant debris on the floor between the wall and the pool that had collapsed, and some was floating in the pool. I looked down into the hot tub and noticed multiple tiles missing. For sure lost interest in using the facilities immediately and was glad I didn't pay $20 to include the hotel breakfast on our stay. Sheets and bed seemed clean and well made, which was the most important part, so we slept got up early and hit the road.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving staycation here. Contrary to other reviews, I can vouch for the fact our TV definitely worked. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was accommodating and the suite was spotless. Literally the freshest, cleanest room we’ve stayed in and we travel A LOT. The pool is still currently inoperable as the only reopened like a month ago. We would definitely stay again.

Well, I know it’s been a while. It’s been almost 7 years but hey better late than never. I just thought I’d have. I think about this place all the time. It was the best place I’ve ever stayed and I slept so good here the people were great. The beds were great. The pillows were great. My family had such a great time. It was my dad and my friend and me. Thank you.

ABSOLUTEY DISAPPOINTED!!! Wife just checked in and the pool is down for maintenance, Like completely torn apart. We booked it this week. Sure would be nice if they'd let guests know that the pool isn't working, ESPECIALLY those with kids that book a stay at your hotel for the pool. Can't get refunded the day of check in either. We don't stay at hotels often and kids were disappointed they can't swim now. Would love if they could refund our room and we could actually go somewhere with a pool

To start, check in and told the hot tub and pool are down, yet no mention of it online when booking. The sole reason I booked this hotel but Okay, not the first time that’s happened so we move on. Get to my room, unpack, go to sit down and watch some tv and eat some dinner after being on the road all day and the remote is missing. Ask the front desk, they try another remote, tv still doesn't work. Now we have to change rooms. Gather up all my stuff, Get to new room, tv works but the room is in complete disarray. Flood stains on the ceiling with drywall hanging down, stains all over the walls, tape over the fire alarm?!?. This isn’t even the worst part, come to find out, the heat in the room is uncontrollable. You have two choices, stifling heat or nothing at all. It’s central Wisconsin in January, temps in the 20s. For $100+ night this place is a total rip off. At this point I just gave up and dealt with it. I should have taken pictures, but was just over it and looking forward to leaving.

Edited to add that the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful to an extent. Unfortunately, the condition of the property didn’t offer much.
