Very nice hotel!! Very clean and nicely decorated. Staff is great. Close to shopping and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here. We are diamond club, and we have never received a thank you card for staying at a choice hotel. Until now, and it was hand written. We will definitely be back.

Positive: The staff was friendly. Negative: The elevators weren?t working and the stairs are located outside the building. Anyone walking through the street has access to the second floor.My room had clothes that were left by a previous guest. I doubt they clean their rooms good.

Positive: Nice staff, location and design Negative: The elevator did not work and we had to use the stairs, which were very soiled. The TV did not capture any signal and the technician did not show up (room 206). There was an individual at the parking area near the exit who was smoking pot (I think).

Beware of Deceptive Reviews!!

This hotel is a complete nightmare and nothing like what the glowing reviews suggest. I stayed one night, and it was the worst experience of my life.
• Infested with Cockroaches: They were everywhere! The walls even had smears from previous attempts to kill them—absolutely disgusting.
• Filthy Carpet: The carpet was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Walking barefoot wasn’t an option.
• Heater Smelled Like Fish: When I turned on the heater, a strong, fishy odor filled the room, making it unbearable.
• No Room Change Available: I tried to switch rooms, but they had no two-bed options left, forcing me to endure the filth.
• No Refund Policy: I asked for a refund, but they outright refused and ignored my emails when I followed up. Their lack of accountability is appalling.
• Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The room smelled bad, the furnishings were old and worn, and the overall condition of the place was terrible.
• Subpar Service: The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, providing barely 1-star quality service.

Avoid this place at all costs—don’t fall for the fake reviews!

When we arrived we were informed that the elevator was not working. I am 81 years old with mobility problems. They could have called and informed me that the elevator was not working. We were told to take the stairs at the end of the hallway. We went to the end of the hallway no stairwell entrance existed. We went back to the front desk and find an out to lunch sign. We went outside the Hotel into the Parking lot, after circling the Hotel in the dark we found a door in the dark on the side of Hotel that was the stairwell entrance. The carpet in the Hall and the room was stained and look like something out of the 1950's. The toilet would not stop running. I called the Hotel no answer. I had to disconnect the flap chain to stop it from running. The next day I spoke to a hotel guest at breakfast he stated he had been at the hotel for 4 days and the elevator was broken when he checked in. I would steer clear of this Hotel, it was my worst experience with a Hotel ever. I would give this Hotel a 0 Star Rating but 1 is the lowest rating. Possible.

I was impressed w/ my stay at this hotel. The staff has all been excellent, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping, and the breakfast attendant. We arrived early and after a long day of travelling and no sleep the night before, we stopped to see if they can maybe check us in early - and was appreciative that it was ready and we were able to go to our room. The room was exactly as pictured. I was worried about the parking but we were always able to find parking (even coming back at almost midnight). I had problems w/ printing at their business center computer and the receptionist was very attentive to what I needed urgently that morning. The breakfast was great, they had both hot food and the basic pastries and cereal. The attendant was able to keep it stocked the whole time while interacting with all the guests. When we came home that night, we were surprised to see that they had cleaned the room already (other hotels at this price point would only turnover every 3 days of your stay). There are lots of places to eat around the area. It was about 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do while in town. What else should I say? a hidden gem? a rare find? -find out for yourself.

It's moderately difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel with quality amenities. It is twice as difficult to find a reasonably priced hotel with quality amenities and an All-Star staff. I stayed at this location about five times now and each time I stay I am surprised with excellent customer service. Jennifer the manager is particularly the reason for this review. Not only does she cover all the bases of excellent customer service, she does so with a friendly and exuberant personality that makes you feel as though you are being paid special attention to as a guest, and ultimately setting the standard for the hospitality industry. Last minute bookings through Jennifer have been a life saver as much as they've been a pleasure. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area. Almost all of the rooms are freshly renovated with comfortable beds, spacious rooms and there is even a new and adequately equipped gym!
