Edit: I don't know how to reply to the response. But it is a lie. There was no ventilation.

Visited in September for my boyfriend's birthday. We got a suite for our group. That night, 4 people from our group got stuck in the elevator for 1-2 hours before the fire department could get them out. The hotel staff did not comp us for anything. Did not ask after our wellbeing either.
Bathroom has no ventilation and the switch for the fan was broken. The bathroom could not properly ventilate. Two of the girls showered and could not breathe. The curtains appear to be electric operated and broken. There were wires sticking out the window... could not get any sunlight into the room
As soon as we got there, our neighbors sent a noise complaint to the front desk. One of the people in our group saw the neighbors put their ear to our door listening in on us. they had their door open with TV on full blast. So weird because we could only hear their noise in the hallway and couldn't even hear their TV in our room.
Ghetto area but hard rock cafe hotel was fully booked so we got this hotel. Was a horrible experience. Wish I could give it negative stars.

We opted to stay here vs staying at the hard rock casino as it was little under half the price of a room at the casino.
The hotel was clean and they had a security guard on patrol.

It's located right next to a Taco Bell (i recommend eating at the taco bell and avoid the horrible food at the casino).

The breakfast selection was just ok. Would've been nice to see sausage links or patties or even biscuits and gravy.

You get the typical fake scrambled eggs most hotel free breakfast stations serve, very thin bacon, toast/bagels/pastries, a waffle iron, boiled eggs and yogurt. Apple and Orange juice are available and milk as well set out in carafes. Coffee and tea (tea selection was all early grey or green tea, be nice to see other options). The waffles weren't that great.

They have side doors with signs asking guests to use their cards to get in however there is no where to tap your guest card, so if you park on side you have to walk around to front entrance to get back in, very inconvenient.

Felt safe, rooms were clean, close to a lot of places, and not far from casino.

Me and my two sons always stay in this hotel when he’s racing and each time we encounter an issue. We didn’t receive any riders discount when it was mentioned before I did the reservation and also the toilet got clogged and there was no one on site to help out so I offered to do it if I could get a plunger. We then had to gather all our things and move to another room where the fridge wasnt cold and there was no shampoo. Not a very good experience when I paid $360 for 2 nights.

I enjoy staying at the comfort suites each week. The staffing is wonderful and the rooms are very nice. Vanessa at the front desk is always welcoming and goes above and beyond to create a great experience for her guest!

Do not stay here! We booked SIX months in advance a two bedroom suite. We paid extra for this room. We only booked here Bc of this two room suite. We called two months before our trip to make sure it was still available and to add another night, they promised us that all was well and yes we could have another night. Great. We get there and it's not available. They offer us one room with two beds. That's not what we pre paid for. They offered us two rooms "one for free" but that's not true be we paid for two rooms.|We take the two rooms bc we need the two room (special disabilities) One of the rooms is non livable. We couldn't even be in there for more than 5 minutes. It's smelt sooooo bad. It smelt of fresh cigarettes, mold, and throw up. We had to go to Walmart to buy febreeze and an air purifier|THAT DID NOT HELP. It was so foul. The smell. The carpet stains, the ruins of furniture. The throw up smell / black mold smell in the bathroom. | my asthma kids coughed all the next day. The owner: manger was so RUDE TO us. He said HE lost money yet we paid EXTRA to be in the two bedroom suite.|ALSO.. lots of homeless people around premises and sketchy people inside the hotel which wouldn't have mattered but we needed to keep our doors open so the kids can go to and from each SEPARATE ROOM. seriously can't believe this happened we never see each other and this is how we spent our weekend

Rupa at the front desk was exceptional during my stay at comfort suites. She was warm, friendly, and professional, making check-in quick and seamless. Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, offering helpful recommendations and addressing requests promptly. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction made my experience memorable. Rupa is truly an asset to the hotel!

I stayed at this location for one night. I looked at my credit card transactions and noticed there were two charges. When I called to have the staff remove the second erroneous charge they were very combative, but eventually agreed to remove it. They didn't and instead made another fraudulent charge on my card.

Do not use this location, they will steal your credit card information and continuously charge you for rooms.

I had a work trip an I wanted to spend some time with my grand kids so I was looking for a convenient location with a pool . I want to first say the gentleman that works the night shift is fantastic, helpful- just all around a nice person to deal with . The pool was clean a that was nice for the kids , thankfully they are small so they didn’t notice the poor condition of the room . It’s really not up to par with today’s standards other than its clean . The furniture was literally peeling pieces off a stains everywhere on the floor . The breakfast was so so but they travel with me a lot so when a 4 yr old is comparing it to a different location an not in a good way that is telling. I am also fairly certain people live there which is very unnerving to deal with as they just lay around the common areas , an older lady made you feel as though you were intruding on her home .. like the feel in assisted living . It’s definitely not somewhere I’d stay again .
