Positive: The room was pretty clean other than the floors were dirty. The bed was comfy. safe area ,plenty of parking. Hotel was very kept up. It really looked nice.Pool&spa were heated in Dec. Would definitely come back:) Negative: Everything was great. A few more breakfast options would be nice for being there 3 days. But was still good.

We have stayed here several times and it still provides a good place to stay in Tucson. The King rooms are relatively large with a good bed, decent sized fridge and clean. Breakfast offers a wide range to choose from and is served in a spacious room with plenty of seating. The hotel is built around a series of interconnecting interior courtyards with centre piece fountains. The central courtyard contains a small pool with an adjoining large spa. This is quite pretty lit up at night viewed from the terrace above. There are a few restaurants over the road including a good pub. This year we only stayed one night as it was a stop over after a day at the excellent Sonora Desert Museum. In the past we stayed two or more nights as this is an excellent base for exploring Mt Lemmon (a full day out for lovely hikes) and the nearby canyon.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. There are is an abundance supply of towels! I loved the fountains all over and the lights. Very beautiful touch. Breakfast was packed but really good. Would recommend and would stay here again! Fantastic customer service from the night check in guy. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.

This Comfort Inn location features a touch of Spanish-inspired architecture on the exterior, which adds to its charm. While the rooms were a bit outdated, they were clean and well-maintained. The service at both the front desk and housekeeping was excellent, with the added bonus of proactive room service without needing to request it. The hot breakfast provided was a nice touch, making the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect as it was close to Saguaro NP & Sabino Canyon.

This was a really nice Comfort Inn property. The price was reasonable, the bed was ultra comfortable, and the hospitality was some of the very best we've experienced. The property was well-maintained. The biggest downfall was having to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs. This property has outside doors for the rooms, but those doors are behind a locked gate/door, so it was very safe. The outside was charming and rustic with a pretty view of a fountain. A lot of thought went into the design of this property. We stayed 2 nights. Our room had an ample number of towels--3 sets. We hung our towels the first day, fully expecting that we would not have any cleaning service. Much to our surprise and delight, housekeeping came in, made our bed, put out additional towels, and wiped down the sink and tub. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely stay here again. Hats off to a wonderful establishment and an outstanding staff. Thank you for such a nice stay!

Don't Stay at this Hotel! We booked a reservation with Comfort Inns on line for April of this year. We did not notice on the reservation that it was nonrefundable, no changes. We paid for the whole trip up front. Then it turns out we needed to change our reservation, and they would not transfer our payment over to new dates. We requested this change nearly 2 MONTHS in advance. We lost over $900 in the process. We reported it to the BBB today.

The only negative thing I could possibly say is the room had signs of prior damage from previous guests and it made it look a bit outdated. Other than that, the room was clean. I always pull the sheets off and check the beds, these were great. The room was clean and had the slight smell of bleach which gave me a good first impression. The courtyards leading to the rooms are lovely and well gated off, the breakfast was decent 3/5 stars (we loved the waffle machines & different flavored batter). Front end staff and general manager was helpful, when I had issues with my booking and had to call multiple times afterwards they full resolved the issue. Huge shout out to April for calling me back and helping. We would stay here again. Also I recommend checking out the Gelato place that's within walking distance of the hotel, it was soo good. And the English pub that's directly across the street.
