I called about a large roach in our room and they informed me the manager would be there soon. The manager never reached out that night. After speaking to the front desk about it they were not helpful at all, said there was nothing they could do about it and had a very poor piss attitude. Told me people don’t usually complain which had nothing to do with me having a roach in my room. 0/10 would not recommend.

If I had the option to NOT give any stars I would,this place was so bad. There was no cable or Internet when we arrived. Also our room had to be switched due to the room and tub being filthy! There were crumbs left from food in the pull out bed. The breakfast was not up to standard and was not good.Myself and another guest was accused of breaking the waffle makers by one of the staff members ..DisCOMFORT is the best way to explain my experience

Have stayed here for years.A couple years ago i know it swapped owners or management.Its slowly went down since then.Was a beautiful place and had a friendly staff.Not now! Nobody at the front desk unless you ring a door bell for help! Pool is closed and locked,breakfast is nothing like it was! Slim pickings.Luggage carts are filthy and you can tell the carpets and the rooms are showing wear and tear also.Guess its time to stay elsewhere.

I've stayed here before and enjoyed that stay, but this stay was not so pleasant concerning my room #223. The AC unit is leaking and carpet is wet and we all know the smell that comes from a wet rug is not at all good!! They brought in a humidifier, but for what actually. Besides that smelly issue the stay was nice. I will be reaching out for an adjustment in my bill for sure.

Spent three nights. The good first… bed was very comfortable and clean. Room was good size with sitting room and small area with microwave and fridge. Wi-Fi worked well, too. The rest not so good. Everything smelled musty, floors were dirty with corners the worst. Bathtub would not drain - manager was supposed to come second day to put snake in the drain but never showed up. Closet door handle had something disgustingly sticky on it… list goes on. Laundry facility useless since all washers and dryers were out of service as well as ice machine on second floor. Ladies at front desk were very nice and do their best, but with so much wrong not much they could do. Pool was closed, too, but doubt if it’s used!

Awful. The moment we stepped in it smelled like weed. Our room smelt like cigarettes. There were a lot of dead cockroaches in the couch bed, there was also a lot roaming around the room.

Booked due to indoor pool. Pool is closed. Room is clean but smells like weed was chain smoked in it.when asked what was wrong with room they said they couldn’t afford to clean it. Not to mention we were traveling due to Allstars with children who wanted to swim and 1 has asthma.
