The rooms and beds were comfortable. Most of the machines in the fitness room were not working properly. The treadmill seemed unsafe. The pool was too small to do much, but the hot tub was relaxing. The service was nice and accommodating.

Once for the deposit and other for room charges. Charging for room on day of check in was surprise. |2. I think this is a franchise hotel. If choice brand and management are listening they need to train the franchise owners on customer service and how to run a hotel. |3. There were no towels in the pool area and lady at the reception told me to get the towels from my room! Apparently they have not washed the towels and hence none. Reluctantly got 2 so called clean towels. Looks like she never received any training in customer service. They don’t seem to care much. They seem to be money oriented than anything else. |4. The reception area had a weird smell and hall ways smelled like moldy carpet. This is a pricier motel and that’s all. Not worth the price they charge. Not coming back to this place.

Stayed the night and needed a room near the college. Nice Hotel off the freeway. I was allowed to check in early. Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and professional. Decent morning breakfast. Easy check out and was very well satisfied. Would high recommend!

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites and had a pleasant experience. Initially, we were assigned a room that had recently been painted, and the smell of paint was quite strong. We mentioned this to the front desk staff, and they promptly accommodated us with a different room. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

The gentleman at the front desk was amazing and helpful! Great customer service and easy check in! It’s nice when you come in to the hotel and are greeted and spoken to like family! I would highly recommend your hotel! Thank you for the wonderful stay and very nice staff!

Right off the freeway near Starbucks, gas, stores. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. I slept like a baby after a long all day drive. This is the friendliest staff I've ever met. I'd choose this place again and again when I come to Sacramento.

Hotel was well kept and clean! The staff was gracious. The pool and hot tub area was very nice.|The highway side is a little noisy, so, light sleepers beware, or request room on the backside or ear plugs! |Two nearby convenience stores and light rail is close, too.

Construction started at 8 AM every morning, which meant the crew were yelling at each other up and down the hallway. They changed our furniture while we were out without mentioning anything. There was no heads-up, warning, or even apology for all of the disturbance until a small sign was posted on the day we left. And we were treated more like people to endure as opposed to guests whose funds are helping to pay for the renovations.

At least the bed was comfortable.
