I normally do not stay at Comfort Inn and Suites but we found this hotel great.

Very clean. Fresh interior. Comfortable beds. Nice clean fresh breakfast. Safe location. Was here for a college softball event and was very happy with our stay. Breakfast staff were extremely friendly and kept the breakfast area well stocked and immaculate.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is close to everything you need. Pool and hot tub were working as was the gym. Hot breakfast each day was delicious and the staff was passionate about service and taking care of guests. Early check in at 2pm and later check out at 12pm. Will be coming back in the future.

This was an absolutely flawless hotel. When I think of Comfort Inn and Suites, I think of average or maybe solid as a descriptor, but this place resets the standard and absolutely justifies if not exceeds the 9.4 rating that we saw when we booked it. The location is terrific: easily accessible on a main drag with convenient shopping nearby. Staff is beyond friendly, accommodating, and competent. The rooms were so clean that you could have had open heart surgery on them. The layout of the room was also refreshing: spacious yet cozy. And then the pool and the hot tub was the hit of the trip for the kids. I also want to praise Patty for an unbelievably delicious breakfast, with 5 star food and 6 star service/choreography.

We stayed here for The Polar Express Experience on the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. We needed 2 rooms and asked for rooms beside each other or very close to each other since we had kids with us. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. There was a pool for the kids which was great. There were a plethora of choices for places to eat very close in proximity. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if traveling to that area!

This location is very convenient to many stores, very clean and welcoming. I enjoyed my weekend stay to visit my husband who is at the FCI Cumberland, very peaceful and the continental breakfast was very fresh each day and the area was also clean. When I return, I will be booking with Comfort Inn & Suites LaVale again.

Our stay was on 10/1-2/24. Everything about our stay was excellent! The staff was friendly and caring, accommodating our request for a nearby room. The lady in charge of breakfast was friendly and kept the food fresh and well stocked. The room was clean and spacious with extra towels. Would gladly return!!

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Comfort Inn. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. I made use of the pool and hot tub and found them to be clean and inviting. Breakfast was available and had a good selection of hot and cold items like eggs, waffles, cereal, rolls, juice, etc. We enjoyed staying here and would certainly stay again when in the area.
