Really nice staff. Rooms were okay, but we were next to a mall parking lot and semi trucks woke us up early warming up their engines. Also spa was advertised, but out of order

With the exception of no elevators for the second floor, and some stale water smell in our room, the staff, service, and hospitality here is top notch! Of all the hotel/motel businesses in the 3 Rivers area, Comfort Inn & Suites is by far the best place to stay at in my eyes. The amenities are awesome, and Zach is officially part of our tribe! Thanks for everything, Zach, and making my and my families visits special every year since we have been coming.

The front desk staff is rude. The wifi worked maybe 40%of the time they probably have twice the necessary chlorine in pool breakfast was dry and over done and all the employees looked miserable to be there

Positive: Perhaps the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in ... and I have travelled on 4 continents. All of the staff, from the front desk to the leaning staff were gracious in a way that reflected that they like their jobs. Negative: Hot tub was not working (major repair will be needed.) Hose on hand-held shower leaked. (I reported it and it will probably be fixed before the next guest arrives.)

I enjoyed my stay a few days, very nice property 👍 Clean , quiet , good beds and a hot breakfast with waffles & eggs. Rooms are classy & well kept , staff is all friendly. Pro tip - I recommend the mexican place just across the parking lot for dinner, the hotel front desk may have coupons for you.

Upon check in, we were advised that there was no elevator. When explaining that I would have difficulty walking up the stairs, especially with a suit case, the clerk became very passive/aggressive while advising us that it is posted on their website ( evidently we missed that information while making reservation.) he continued on by explaining that we should make special requests to be on the 1st floor on future reservations to be sure that we can be accommodated. The lecture continued as he searched for available rooms and finally placed us in a first floor room. |Breakfast was lacking. No eggs available at approximately 7:30, juice machine was out of order. Few sausage patties were dried out. At approximately 7:45 a female hurried in the door and advised the 2 people at the counter that she would have more food available “soon”.
