DO NOT STAY HERE! NOT SAFE!!! I was here due to my MOM of 83 in the hospital, and had been at this hotel several weeks for days at the time over the summer. This stay on September 2024 was not what I found it to be. We were on our 2nd day, when we discovered at 9 pm entry and after we requested the morning, that no one cleaned our room- AGAIN.I am thinking no issues I will just walk down to the front desk and request for a towel and just deal with it. I have done this numerous time in other establishments. While some staff members were courteous, and why I previously stay. I found ONE LADY unhelpful when I raised my concerns. For instance, the response to my request for additional toiletries was responded with "NO, you need to bring ALL your DIRTY linens down and I will give you one towel and sheets for you to make your own bed, and I will not take any attitude" ||PROBLEM there were two people, myself and my husband, and NOW I am supposed to clean my own room I paid for the hotel service to do and I can only have one TOWEL. When I attempted to politely disagree with her and attempted to request that I only needed two towels, I had been at a hospital COVID ward all day, and needed to have a shower. I made the mistake of asking for her name and Manager which I was harshly denied. She began to threaten me, she would call the police, and cussed me to where I felt for my SAFETY.|| I could not stay at this hotel any longer. We packed our bags and immediately checked out and drove overnight instead of sleeping in safety. I have traveled and stayed in 100's - of hotels all over the United States and NEVER once have I felt a threatened for my safety until this COMFORT INN in DOTHAN AL EAST SIDE BY THE SOUTHEAST ALABAMA MEDICAL CENTER_ NEVER STAY HERE!!!

Came for a funeral and needed to extend my stay for a family emergency. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in accommodating my extended stay. The breakfast bar in the morning was nice too - always hot and plentiful. Loved how the staff enforced people sanitizing their hands first.

Great location, close to the hospital and plenty of places to eat.

Just what we needed for a one night stay on our trip to Florida. The room was fine - clean, quiet, comfortable bed, hot shower. The area felt safe. Easy to find. Very close to Southeast hospital. |Breakfast was average. The staff were personable.

The lady at the front desk was super polite and professional- great service! The room, however, was… gross. Rusted lamp, dirty walls, eyelashes and curly hairs and chewed up straws and trash behind the mattress, and the elevator reeked of… well, you can only imagine.
I do appreciate the front desk worker being very understanding and respectful! Gave us a refund with no fuss.

It took 15 minutes to get checked in.The walls in the room were a tad bit dirty. The shower head looked like it had been dropped in the grease trap at a local restaurant. Otherwise the hotel employees was nice and helpful breakfast was always great would stay again.

The service has been fine and the staff polite, but the pillows are 1/4 sized, the mattresses are hard as rocks, there are weird marks all over the walls that I'm not examining to see if they're stains or substances, the floors definitely were not cleaned as there is literal trash everywhere, and one comforter and the curtains have what look like fecal stains on them. The usable curtains don't block the light well, and though there is a second darker set, they're mounted in the open position. I've had very little sleep and I'm tempted to tie them somewhat shut to the best of my ability for another hour.

So cleaning and curtains and this place would have been fantastic.

Both shower heads was full of mold,the shampoo and conditioner bottles was so small wasn't even enough to wash your hands, breakfast was awful. Will not stay in this chain of hotels again. I'll go back to my regular hotel stays, I know what the quality is there every visit.

Great experience here. Pool was small but lovely with nice seating areas around it. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Bathroom nice. Overall nice stay; I'd stay here again. People were really awesome and helpful.
