I can't say enough positive things about my experience here at this particular hotel.
Every single one of the stop members was unfailingly polite. The first day I checked in they gave me every bit of information I needed. And also work to give me the best deal they could.
I would absolutely recommend staying here over anywhere else.
Housekeeping services were perfect. Customer service was perfect. My whole experience here was perfect. Thank you to the entire staff!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Our room was quiet, spacious enough, with comfortable beds. The staff is the best I have ever met. The gym is functional. It is also very close to highway 405. Breakfast is basic but has everything. The value proposition is great. I highly recommend it.

Had a very comfortable stay. All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was terrific. The woman that manages that breakfast room does a very good job. I think there should be a tip jar for her.

We were in Washington for a funeral in September. We have a very large family that flew in for the funeral. We all stayed at the hotel. It was clean, staff were friendly, it was in a great location close to restaurants and grocery stores. We were especially thankful that the manager allowed us to use the breakfast gathering area as a family gathering area without charging us to use it. This made it so nice to visit with family members and reminisce. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

PROS:
Clean enough room, comfy bed. Was able to get a late checkout. Hot coffee in the lobby. Night staff was very helpful and chipper.

CONS:
Had to shut the water valve on the toilet off due to it screeching every 20 minutes. Had to shut the air conditioner off before bed as it was very loud. Handwritten on my key card said "breakfast from 6:00 am - 10:00 am". Since I didn't sleep the best, I went down at 9:30 am and was told breakfast closed at 9:00. Only open until 10 on the weekends. Writing this review hungry and pissed off.

This is a great hotel for the price! The rooms were clean and hotel staff were helpful. My only complaint is that I couldn’t use my regular American hair dryer without knocking out power to the entire bathroom. Not sure why this happened since it’s never been a problem at any other hotel. However, the staff were very quick to restore power to our bathroom, so I appreciated that. Definitely recommend staying here still!

Decent little place. Service pretty good. Breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, fruit, yoghurt. There was the usual hotel waffle iron. All in all, great place to stay. Not beautiful area, not the vacation of a lifetime, but good place to stay for a day or a week. Or even a month.

The service was really good, rooms were clean but basic, food was to be expected from an inn. the gym was not the best zero free weights. Cardio machines were alright but the elliptical was sketchy 🤷🏼‍♂️
