The rooms in the front of the building are great. If you’re in the rooms in the back, it’s going to smell like mildew or mold. Very gross.

I travel for a living and my company has an account here (otherwise I wouldn’t be staying here). I have a feeling they give all the nice rooms that don’t smell to the tourists and send the working stiffs to the stink dungeons.

Here’s a novel idea; get rid of the stink! It’s 2024!

The front desk staffs were welcoming and accommodating. Conveniently located to restaurants, stores, Talladega and highway Best part of stay. Breakfast was average. Coffee from machine HORRIBLE. Hotel old, smelly, outdated, moldy, dirty carpet, broken phone l, rust and peeling paint. Best part about the room was the flushing toilet. Keep your temperature at about 65-70 degrees to cut back on the molding smell. In need of repairs a decade ago. Stayed in room 133. Lightbulbs out in bathroom and entry way. I guess that was best to help create an illusion of cleaniness. No room service per request. It's sad that guest and other companies have to keep spending monies on hotel chains like a Choice Hotels and they could care less about basic maintenance. Especially in small towns like Lincoln, AL. Choice needs to do better about upkeep and guest should do better as well with helping to maintain the properties. Also, get you room service staff to spend less time on their cellphones and more time providing better customer service and cleaning.

Stayed here the night of the Talladega race. Room was on the first floor right by the lobby and we didn't hear a thing all night. Room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Had one minor issue with our thermostat not wanting to connect to the unit, but the lady at the front desk was able to help us quickly remedy the problem. Breakfast was nice and there were many options to choose from. Overall, this was a great stay.

The manager Dee is awesome. The breakfast is good and there's a gym and pool. The lobby has lemon infused water for guests. All amenities were on point. Will definitely be back.

Me and my husband stayed here for 1 night and got the executive suite. Everything was amazingly clean just how we expect it to be. Staff is wonderful, breakfast delicious and we recommend this hotel for a vacation stop by. Thank you Comfort Inn and Suites!!!

Loved the rooms and enjoyed it being close too the rivers and Talladega race track very scenic around the area too and the pool was a bonus

The cleaning staff will steal your stuff if you accidentally leave something so be careful! Accidentally left my necklace and it’s “no where to be found” and I left it right on the bathroom counter…. Front desk is very rude after calling to try and figure out what to do about the situation, had to file a report because they are no help. EDIT: HOTEL MANAGER CALLED ME SAID HE WOULD INVESTIGATE AND GET BACK WITH ME AND NO CALLS NO NOTHING, THEY LET THEIR STAFF GET AWAY WITH STEALING YOUR THINGS WITH YOUR INITIALS ON THEM BECAUSE I GUESS THE CLEANING LADY REALLY NEEDED MY NECKLACE THAT BAD. HORRIBLE HOTEL DO BOT RECCOMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!
Just here to say again please do not stay here you will get your personal belongings stolen and the hotel manager is okay with his cleaning staff stealing your things, place stinks and is not clean, front desk is awful and so rude. Dont waste your time there’s other hotels near by!!!!!!!!!
