Book here last minute while my brother was getting treatment at Stanford. It's about 15-20 minutes from Stanford depending on traffic.

Breakfast wasn't bad, was the same all week. Tater tots, sausage, cereal, mini muffins, yogurt, waffles.

The bathroom light was on a timer, the lights turned off while I was taking a shower.

The carpet needs to be shampooed or replaced. I had white socks and they were dirty after walking around in the room.

Everything was not bad for this place. I stayed in room 223 last weekend and the worst part was that the bed had bedbugs (tick) and I didn’t know about it. I had horrible skin rush the next couple days.

The breakfast was okay. I showed up before 8:30am but the
foods were mostly gone. I wish the staff refilled foods more often as more people were coming in to eat breakfast. Shower, lock system, and everything was pretty good.

I contacted the hotel through their website and sent an email to give me a refund of my stay. I’m still waiting from them to hear back. I hope they will respond soon and solve this matter for their future guests.

Rooms are not bad,, my main complaint,, other guests slamming their doors all night long and early morning,, waking me up several times a night.. I have been staying here for 11 days because my husband is in the hospital. It's been miserable with the slamming doors at all hours. My advice for the motel owner,, get some door silencers or something. Not happy with my stay.

The beds were nice didn't wake up with a bad back. I was only there to have surgery the next morning. I have so many pictures of holes that were patched with clear tape , wall paper coming off , the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed and the shower head was adjustable but would always fall down . The ac is definitely old , barely blew out any air but with that said by the morning time it was cool inside the room . I was told the breakfast was good. My driver was able to get some as I was in the hospital.

Great place to roll in and out when you are on a schedule. Parking in a truck was a challenge. Outside at night was really bright when your trying to sleep but good for the parking area security wise. Breakfast was great. Vending machines were empty. Rooms need the wallpaper reglued but VERY clean and smelled well. A definite revisit next trip thru.

Positive: The bed was comfortable o didn't wake.up with major back pain , they have a good.self served breakfast for their customers , it's located pretty close to the hospital Negative: holes in the walls just covered with clear tape. Items from other customers ,stains of some sort on the walls that dried , the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed,adjustable shower head that fell down , black possible mold stain below the sink ,

I have stayed at many fine Comfort Inns over the years, but have never experienced one as poorly maintained as this one. Ripped curtains, peeling wallpaper everywhere, a mattress that must have been at least 20 years old (being only about 6 or 7 inches high and hard as a rock), a non-functioning TV and a ceiling light near the front door in the room that could be dimmed but could not be turned off, not to mention very old and dated furniture and threadbare carpeting — made for a very bad value at about $155 total. I thought Choice Hotels had standards for its Comfort Inns but this one must have slipped through the cracks. On top of that, the one desk clerk was nowhere to be seen when we arrived at 9 pm, so we couldn’t check in until she came back, about 20 minutes later (another couple had been waiting even longer). Terribly run place!

Smoke alarm went off 2 times in the night and morning. No smoke, it just malfunctioned. The window lock on the bottom floor was broken. So anybody could open it from the outside. Breakfast was ok.
