Honestly the best hotel stay we've ever had. We had a bit of a plumbing emergency and stayed here for a little over a week all of the staff were kind and gracious. Especially Jimmy at the front counter he was always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was comfortable and nice and good for a place to stay while in the area.
Bed was plenty comfortable and shower had great water pressure and warm water.
Morning breakfast is simple and nice and just what you need.
Friendly staff.
Lighting fixtures could use a little updating, if anything I noticed in my room.

Our room was clean & spacious & dog friendly. The lobby has newer bright furniture & the reception staff are all friendly & helpful. Conveniently located to many food options & several in walking distance

Positive: Very friendly check-in staff, clean rooms with all the amenities, comfy beds, & an excellent breakfast! They do allow small dogs for $30 pet fee-I would call and speak with desk before booking to make sure though. Negative: Yes, there wasn?t hardly any grass to take the dog for its ?break?. All the spots that typically are grass were stones instead. Otherwise, the hotel was awesome!!!!

They are not “Dog Friendly”

Also, Marshall Fans, They do not care about your business.

In fact your dog barks you will be removed from your room and not given a refund.

Their manager Taylor Perego gave us horrible customer service. backed by zero reasoning. They were incorrect on our dates. then when she realized she was incorrect, she choked up and avoided reasoning.

we got a call at 1 am about our dog barking. during the phone call our dog didnt bark a single time, I walked him downstairs and he still never barked.

She didnt try to resolve the situation. she abused her authority and left a good return paying family out on the road in the middle of the night.

My wife, 6 year old daughter, dog, and I were removed from the property un fairly and without explanation because their staff couldnt problem solve.

btw during our departure my dog still didnt bark!

Taylor should be fired, customer service is not her career.

save your money and go elsewhere!
