I love this hotel. The service is great, the rooms, breakfast, the front desk is phenomenal. I have absolutely no complaints. My family and I are currently staying here until we find a place and I never felt so comfortable at a hotel. I would give 10 stars if I could. I also appreciate that the back stairway is always clean and smelling fresh

Quiet and clean room. Polite and attentive staff. Nice gym, comfortable bed and great TV. I've stayed in 3 hotels in this immediate area and this one is the best by far.

Possibly the best Choice Hotel in the greater Chandler/Phoenix area. When we go to ASU Hockey games in Tempe, we could find a hotel closer to ASU, but I don't believe we will find one as nice as this one. Starting right from the check-in staff, (Raj and his mom) are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast is very good as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the greater Chandler/Phoenix area. We'll be back for sure.

The beds and pillows were the best here! The hotel is nice, very standard for a Comfort Inn. Had a big parking lot that we were able to park our U-Haul and trailer in. The free breakfast was okay, nice to grab before a day of travel but nothing super special.

Stayed here 1 night and had problems with cleanliness. The 1st room we got had pubic hair on the toilet seat & handle. So we wanted to get our refund and stay at a comfort inn we know that is always clean but the manager wouldn't allow that. Instead she gave us another room which looked OK at the time however in the morning we noticed the room wasn't that clean. The sheets were disgusting. Stained and looked like they've never been washed or changed at all. Also the smell in the rooms have a very musky smell in them. There are holes in the carpeting and the walls are dingy. So I would think twice about staying here if you are a clean freak like me.

Clean room with lots of lighting. Our room appeared to be recently refreshed maintenance wise. Large scree TV and a nice working area for computer work. I like having the USB ports at the bedside. Lobby area bright and welcoming. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, nothing special although the coffee is strong and hot.

Positive: Only the beds were comfortable. Negative: Room maintance needs improvement. paint peeling, curtains old & dusty, low shower head pressure, telephone was broken, TV Remote didn't work/therefore couldn't watch movie channels for the first night stay. Dust along bed frame & Breakfast was awful.

We had a great stay here.
The area seemed safe and clean. Other hotels in the area with a gas station and Whataburger down the road.
Check-in was so easy and quick.
Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was great. It was soft but firm. The comforter was so soft. We had a lot of pillows.
The TV was a bit slow changing channels, but it worked.
The restroom was clean. The shower had shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall. The toilet flushing is incredibly loud but comical.
Breakfast was limited, but it does the job. Cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, juice(orange and apple), oatmeal, toast, and muffins.
There's a lovely lemon water in the lobby.
Overall, it was a really great stay. I'd be happy to come back when in the area again.
