All these spoiled princesses leaving 1-star reviews on this property have clearly never visited a third-world country (or Portland, Oregon) before.

This Comfort Inn is good enough for any American, and offers everything you need to rest, make love, and refresh before life's party resumes tomorrow.

PS - Tell the nice, young lady working the front desk she'd be beautiful without the excessive piercings and purple hair dye. Being genuine goes a long way.

More of a motel in my book. Old property, yet seemed clean. Attempts to modernize were made. (usb & plug in headboards) Convenient location with a couple fast food options and gas station across the street. Hard beds with decent pillows. We slept, but both of us had sore hips (abnormal for us, so in our minds it was the beds). Broken in towels and sheets, which I don't mind as long as they are clean (and these seemed to be). Heat and cooling controlled with the unit under the window (vs thermostat). Sink and mirror outside the bathroom (typical old motel room set up). Breakfast is open 6-9am & must have been popular, as when we popped in at 8:20 the place was about wiped out of food with garbages over flowing, messy counters and waffle mix everywhere, one bagel, brown bananas already split open on their own, a fridge with two yogurts, and no workers in sight. We opted to support a local breakfast establishment instead. (Can a family of 4 who planned on breakfast on site afford that additional unplanned cost?). A couple exterior doors are broken, or were turned into exit only doors via homemade signs. Stairs are not marked (but the spot where the sign used to live on the wall, where people painted around it, are evident.) Based upon the above we didn't even want to check out the pool / hot tub. Doubtful we'd stay again.

I had a last min change of plans and Ashley at the property was super accommodating. I was amazed by her customer service and she literally saved my Valentine’s Day weekend!

Hotel is clean, rooms are clean, bathroom is clean.

Definitely recommend this hotel!

So the young lady that worked the front desk was very professional and friendly. However our room was not ready at 4pm. They eventually moved us to a different room. When checking out I was still under my original reservation of the room that we did not have. They tried to charge me an extra $90 and could not tell me why I was being charged an extra $90. The breakfast was decent but limited. The area is sketchy at best. The rooms were okay but the beds are old the pillows are old the sink faucet handle almost fell off every time you turned on the water the water. pressure in the shower was horrible. I would not stay at this hotel again. The pool and jacuzzi were completely empty and none of that was told to me when making my reservations.

We were on our way to flagstaff and my son threw up everywhere. I thought to myself I wonder if a hotel would let me us a dirty room to rinse him off. We stopped at comfort inn and Ashley was more than willing to help us out. I was soooooo grateful. She did not have to let us do that and comfort inn did not benefit from us. But the customer service and act of service means so so much. Thank you Ashley and comfort inn for employing an amazing employee. This is the service that more need and have.

Had an issue with our room. It was not the hotel's fault, but the wrong kind of room was booked. The desk clerk was incredible and helped us get the kind of room we needed. We're extremely grateful and I can't recommend this place enough.

I stayed here recently for a business trip and it was wonderful! The room was clean and the breakfast was great. Joan did a great job setting it up in the morning and ensuring that everything was clean and replenished when necessary. Ashley, and Michelle were also very friendly and accommodating to me during check in and check out. They all deserve raises!!!!
10/10 will stay again. (:

I must say, stayed there a few times and it was great, but this time, my last time. Was not told they did not have internet for 3 week until after check in. I figured, well ok, rooms were nice, went to breakfast in the hotel the next morning. Had scrambled eggs, was going to get the bacon, looked like they preheated 3lbs of bacon in a microwave and dumped it in the pan for the guests.
So they free breakfast consisted on whole wheat toast and frosted flakes. Last time for this place. Next time I will drive into Cottonwood and stay there. No more Comfort Inn's.
