Service was good. When I went into room it reeked of weed, so went down and got changed to a new room. Then new room had hair in it, broken glass in the bathroom which I got into my foot & broken metal door stopper that was poking up that stabbed my foot, and the sheets weren’t very clean I’m not going to lie. Though the beds were SOOOOO comfy!! Best sleep I’ve had in a while, ngl worth all the trouble for the bed. Also the breakfast was great, though the waffle maker wasn’t very thorough and waffles were raw in the middle (make sure to put it in more than the timer, like twice or 1 1/2 time) and gave me diarrhea. The air conditioner smelt like bio so I don’t recommend Turing it on, unless you need to because windows don’t open. Pool & gym not open if you’re wondering. The breakfast was free and had many options, really delicious! Room had a microwave and coffee maker, the kettle was downstairs in lobby w lots of options like tea and hot chocolate. The staff were kind besides this one girl that was being rude to me (all I did was ask if they have dish soap for my waterbottle). So sad there was no gym💔 I fw the maid, don’t think she speaks English but she chill

My first room completely smelled like weed, and it’s a smoke free room? so asked for a new one and the lady was polite and gave us a new room. The floor needed to be vacuumed, and the bathrooms still had other peoples hair on sink and counter tops, gross, but the beds were very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool and gym was under construction so that was a downside but the location was super close to the mall which was awesome. The breakfast was very convenient but really needs to be cleaned everyday better not just wiping counter tops.

The entire staff at The Comfort Inn is phenomenal. Words can't express my gratitude or my appreciation for the customer service and care this team gave me and my two dogs. The breakfast was filling. The coffee was hot. As advertised, it isn't the newest property but the rooms were spacious, water pressure was very good and consistently hot, and the sheets were dreamy soft. Thank you for your hospitality!

Came to check in really frustrated and the customer service was impeccable and they were very patient and fixed my problem right away. They also were very informed on my issue at hand and offered advice and recommendations for my boss that booked me there to have an easier time next time he books an employee there. The issue was not on Comfort Inn but my jobs fault so I appreciate the kind staff and the clean rooms and lobby. FREE BREAKFAST FROM 6-9am! 😇

Had to come here for a work trip and everything seemed pretty good. My bath towel smelt like mildew and then my shower head was placed right beside an open door (there was no door for the shower) and the water spilt all over my bathroom floor. The second set of towels I got smelt pretty good. The TV was nice in the room (I had a king room) and there is a computer chair and regular chair in the room which was nice. The hotel staff was very nice and professional.

Stayed here two nights for work. The hotel seems like it's starting to renovate what needs it, so that is a plus. The beds are comfy, and the staff are friendly. Olive Garden is in walking distance, and walmart is up the street. Unfortunately, the spa was down at the time. With that, i will be staying here again when I am in the area for work!

This room was quite an interesting experience. I’ve never stayed in a room that I felt the need to wash my hands after touching door knobs and light switches. The sheets appeared clean but that was about it.
The staff was friendly though. Locations was good.

Our room had a foul smell when we walked in. There were stains on the sheets and towels. It didn’t feel very clean in there. Thankfully, we checked in at 1am and had to leave by 10am, so it was a short stay. The front desk person was very nice and the rooms were spacious. If they could improve the cleanliness, this hotel would be a great value!
