I would have given this hotel 1 star if not for the staff. Arrived at 10 pm and had to wait in line to check in for over an hour. Didn't really receive an apology for the long wait, but the woman who checked me in was pleasant enough. The room was pretty gross. The shower floor was dirty and could use a good scrubbing. The room needed a carpet cleaning and vacuuming. There was dust caked alongside the walls. I wouldn't stay here again and would advise others against it as well. I'm not sure how this place has so many great reviews. It wasn't cheap either since I paid $68 a night. Next time I'll definitely find a cleaner hotel.

The Staff were excellent. We arrived 11:00 pm Nevada time, 2:00 am my time. Was given a room I did not reserve. They corrected the problem by 10:00 am the following day. We spent our time at the Outlet Mall across the street and my son home in Kingman, AZ. We used the buffet in the other hotel, the food was good. We found the brewery and ate the most excellent food.

This hotel is amazing! My first hotel I’ve ever been to. The room was old and the TV didn’t had that much channels. But it was super worth it! Also the smoothies next to the pool were super good! I slept very well, and the AC was turned on and it was super cold! But still, great hotel! Also if you’re looking forward to go at the river. Find a good spot! There’s a lot of people there, but I recommend not to go at the river in the morning, super windy, sand blows in my face. But I had a great experience at Colorado Belle! 😀

My room was was clean. It definitely needs an update. The furniture shot. Lamps didn't work. The beds were ok; but they definitely need to be replaced. Bathroom was great! Very quiet rooms. The front desk was very accommodating and new their jobs.I used the beep hops for my luggage and were very nice and while handling my luggage. The hotel could use more types of eating establishments.
I suppose I would stay there again.

I give this place a 3, because as for the rooms.. they aren't the best. But the casino itself is pretty good. The bars comp decent drinks, unlike a lot of the other casinos. Comedy show is every weekend and only cost $15, which is a great deal. Would get 5 stars, if the rooms were updated.

The friendly and courteous staff is the only reason for the 1 star. The hotel rooms are not clean and are in extreme need of updating. There were hair ties and other items on the floor so our room was obviously not even vacuumed. The carpet had a matted sticky feel to it - had to wear shoes. The entire hotel needs to renovated.

My husband and I think that we love the interior and the personnel , they were put there just for us. ( And for you) . It's clean and wheelchair accessible. It has all the parking that you could need. The rooms are very nice and very clean, and will be cleaned at any time you wish. Refrigerators are given by request.

Check in staff was nice. I knew I had to make a deposit for the room but got surprised with the resort fee needing to be paid up front. The room was tired but workable. The bed was way to hard for my liking and made it difficult to get comfortable. We had a 3 night stay. The first morning our housemaid just handed us a change of towels through the door. Ok..its not like the room was dirty, but the next day we went out expecting maid service and came back to find she only cleaned the bathroom. The bed was left unmade and the trashcans still full! That's just ridiculous. Not on my high lost of recommendations.
