I travel to Palmer for work a couple times a year and I only stay at Colony Suites because nothing beats them! They are within walking distance to coffee, the bookstore, and a few different places to eat, which is also awesome.
As someone that travels all over the country for work, being able to stay somewhere that feels more like a home and less a hotel is something that can’t be beat. The place is always spotless, the furniture is all comfortable, and they’ve thought of little things to make it feel like home, such as coffee, plenty of creamers for coffee, salt & pepper, oil for cooking and herbs. They’ve even gone as far as having washers and dryers in all the units and they provide laundry soap and dryer sheets!
I can’t stress enough how great Colony Suites is.

We have stayed in three Colony Suites and really enjoyed each visit. The cozy spaces are all beautiful, clean, and outfitted with super comfy beds and extras like laundry and coffee. The communication with staff is very prompt, kind and helpful. I love the location: walking distance to many restaurants and fun shops. I enjoy little visits to quaint Palmer and I would never stay anywhere else! Thank you, Colony Suites, for creating such a charming getaway location!

I don't stay at rentals much but my wife does. She says it's the best rental she has ever had. Beds were amazing and comfortable. The tub was big. The owners thought of everything. We cooked a Christmas dinner and they had everything to accommodate. We loved it there. Will definitely stay again. 10 out of 10 we do recommend.

I like the location because we did not want to rent a car so we were able to walk a couple blocks to stores and retaurants. The rooms were beautiful, comfy, and clean. The host were kind and helped me with all my needs. 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, and cooking needs. The Decor was beautiful. We will be back to visit my son.

OK....this place is AMAZING! You have a beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood (just 1 block from the main road) for the price of a hotel room. The rooms are easy to access, spotless, and well supplied. The kitchen had every thing we needed to make meals and a great assortment of coffee and teas. Expect to love it!

Place was just as described. Clean and comfortable with personal touches. Great place and with great views of the mountains.

Colony Suites is amazing!! Hands down best place to stay in Palmer! The owners are great!! They’re communicative, hospitable and truly care about you having a great experience! I will never stay anywhere else!
