IDK why people give this hotel bad reviews. It is a decent enough hotel and the staff is very friendly and nice. The rooms aren't GREAT but they serve their purpose and the remodel they did is not bad at all. No ice machine, no coffee, no food etc so plan accordingly. It's a two star hotel but the convenience of being so close to Knotts makes up for it. We like this place and had a great stay. 👍

We gave this place a second chance, but I believe we actually got the same room that we had before. To explain my remarks…we have a family of 6 people. We have stayed here before and stay at motels/hotels whenever we travel. I was raised in Anaheim and am very familiar with the area. All I care about is cleanliness and safety.

Location is walking distance to Knotts, which is really the only perk at this motel. Staff is ok, a bit nice. We got a 2-bedroom so we could sleep five people. The place is in disrepair, not clean, and they don’t even provide hand towels for the sink area, no tissues. We arrived to four towels for five people that weren’t even nicely folded, barely hung up, no shower mat, and you’ll see in the photos, the condition of the ironing board, closet, and door areas. No iron, no cover for the board. No hangers at all. We weren’t even sure if the bedding was fully clean. The base sheet didn’t stay fully on because they have the mattresses covered in plastic and it slides off. There is no air to the second room, so it gets very stuffy. Also, there was a faint smell of pot and cigarette smoke the majority of time that we were there; however, it was not in the room directly, just coming from the adjacent neighbors or through vents. Honestly, it would be an awesome find if updated and clean. Other guests seemed a bit shady.

The place from the outside was nice and clean and the front desk clerk was very friendly. But once I got into the room there was roaches crawling in the bathroom and one on the nightstand the room was like back in the 80s and there was two chairs with a table and both were torn. One of the chairs stunk. We went back to the clerk and showed him a video of the roaches in the room.he had no problem moving us to another room that room did not have roaches, but it was very run down broken down furniture, top of the toilet seat there was a lot of cigarette burns on it.looks more like a crack motel, though the price was very cheap I expected it to be better since it was across from Knott's Berry farm.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were clean and spacious, my experience was overshadowed by the lack of motivation from the reception staff. Upon check-in, I requested an additional blanket, but the staff seemed too lazy to organize one, brushing off the request with little effort.

Unfortunately, I had to go out and buy one myself at Walmart, which was an unnecessary inconvenience. A stay, also in a Motel, is about both comfort and service, and while the room itself met expectations, the unhelpful attitude at the front desk left a lasting negative impression. If we hadn't been exhausted after a day at knotts we would not have spent the night. The walls and ceiling covered in all sorts of things. Mold or blood on the ceiling. Place was dusty and smelled like smoke. We noticed in the morning baby roaches in the bathroom, so a cockroach infestation was growing. Do not recommend

Positive: Zero Negative: They shake down down for a $100 cash deposit without ever disclosing that while booking the room. Super noisy property. The smoke alarm low battery chirp all night was an especially nice touch. You have to walk up to a window to check in or out.

Positive: Location Negative: This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Crumbs all over the floor. What we hope was pizza over a good portion of the wall. They made us clean it. I will never stay there again. I'd like a refund.

Pillow case with dog hair, obviously not cleaned from last guest. No hand towel. 99 cent style bath towels. Curtains falling down. Faucet moves turning it on and off. Missing drawer in dresser. Floor has been patched many times. They are close to an amusement park or no one would stay here.
