Our company has techs that stay in different hotels/motels in various locations every week. Our tech arrived here and went to his room. It was filthy! There were cigarette butts all over the room and when turning back the bed it was covered in hair. Bed linens had not been changed. No one was there to get bed linens changed or for any other services. Tech ended up sleeping in truck. Would not recommend this place at all.

This is the second time I have stayed here in two weeks. This is an older property. The first stay was very good. Very clean. The second stay was even better. Completely renovated room. Very nice. The owners are great! Biker friendly, too.

Very nice...some may even say "quaint". More than friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to downtown. Consists of several buildings either 1 or 2 stories. Entrances off Kanawha St. or Senior Dr. A couple tips: staff recommends calling them directly to make reservations-will give better rate (though not bad either way) than if done thru a site; specify to them whether you want smoking or non-smoking; Wal-Mart, other shopping, and the main highway not far away at all. Office is an large old cut stone house that retains a lot of character. Actual key locks.

In Buckhannon for my sons graduation from WVWC and stayed at Colonial.||An old fashioned motel that could do with updating.||Room was clean and nicely presented.||Close to all amenities with friendly staff and locals.
