Fantastic! I had some mango sticky rice and sat outside in a tucked away seat surrounded by flowers and greenery and just relaxed for awhile. It was wonderful! The gal behind the counter let me try the ice cream flavors and WOW! They are so good!! I got some Thai Tea ice cream to take home! I also asked about gluten free options and she called to double check one of the candies that they made. Gluten free and vegetarian options are clearly marked on the countertop menu as well! Fantastic place and I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place! Coco Bomb makes amazing house-made ice cream that’s both dairy-free and gluten-free. We ordered a sundae where we could pick three flavors—went with pandan, coconut, and mango. The coconut ice cream was especially flavorful, bringing back memories of Thailand!

For toppings, I chose sticky rice instead of mango (which most people go for), and I highly recommend trying it—it tastes so authentic. I’m already missing this shop and wondering if I can go back again this week! If you’re a fan of tropical flavors, this spot is a must-visit.

A hidden gem in San Diego! This small Thai store was the most impressive dessert place that I’ve been during this holiday. The store was clean and decorated warmly with a lovely patio. There were only four flavors of their ice cream. Each flavor gave me a unique and decent taste except mango flavor (too normal). Highly recommend their mango coconut bowl with three flavors ice cream. The mango and coconut tasted fresh and juicy. Their mango sticky rice was distinct, which I had never tasted. I was not quite into the rice, but it was worth it to try. Their Thai coconut jelly was also amazing without too much sugar as a dessert. This dessert place is absolutely a heaven for people who love mango, coconut, and Thai style dessert.

I've been to Coco Bomb several times, but today I finally got a chance to review. Every time I go, I spend $20-$30 because I can't decide on just one option, so I take a few: Coconut Milk Frappuccino, Coconut Cake, Lava Moon Cake, and Coconut Sundae with Mango to go. Their Thai desserts are delicious, especially the Coconut Ice Cream, which reminds me of Thailand with its authentic coconut flavor and scent that I can't find anywhere else in San Diego. The staff are friendly, and I've even met the owners, who are down-to-earth.

This place was amazing. So many awesome choices. And the sundae far exceeded expectations! The ice cream was absolutely killer - so fresh and the real fruit in it was such a plus. Great texture and flavor. Highly recommend!!

This is my new favorite dessert spot in San Diego! Pretty much everything is vegan-friendly except for the cakes. We got the pandan pudding and the coconut sundae with coconut, pandan, and Thai tea ice cream. Everything tasted incredible, but our favorite was definitely the coconut ice cream since it had the richest texture. You can tell the ingredients are very fresh and high-quality. We will definitely be coming back to try out the other desserts.

If u love coconut ice cream and tropical ambiance, then u MUST visit Cocobomb! Small shack-like shop specializing in coconut ice cream and other goodies! Has a tropical appeal outside with benches n tables. Nice photo opportunities and inside clean and nice. The best part is the young lady who helped us. She was very friendly and assisted with enthusiasm! My wife had the 3 flavor ice cream sundae with fresh coconut meat and mango toppings. I had a taste n was delicious! I got the coconut milk smoothie.... also with fresh coconut slices inside. So refreshing and delicious. We also got some coconut jelly... nice treat for the road. We live in Fontana and yes those treats made our drive home excellant! We wish they could make one close to us, but if anyone is in San Diego... YOU MUST STOP AT COCOBOMB!

It took me back to thailand when I had their 3 scoop ice cream with mango in a coconut shell. That coconut ice cream is simply delicious. Their seating is limited. They had other items on the menu however I only tasted the 3 ice cream coconut combo.
Next time I'll try the stick mango rice and I'll update.
