Worth every penny. Our room was clean and spacious, comfortable beds with extra pillows, refrigerator, microwave oven, television, heater and a tower fan was also available. Clean extra towels, shampoo and shower gel, coffee maker, hairdryer and hangers. Kind and courteous staff made our day, enjoyed our stay. Thank you team OYO.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfy. But the pillows are only an inch or two thick. It does need some updating. But overall the stay was good. Close to downtown. The river view… well, you can see the river lol barely. The jacuzzi tub is extra extra large which was a bonus !! I would come again.

Room was very clean, the housekeeping and maintenance staff here do a great job with attention to every detail. Bed was excellent, room was fully stocked with towels, coffee, and a hair dryer. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice big comfy chair with an ottoman and a desk, and a quiet private balcony overlooking the river. Service is excellent and Sadie was friendly and efficient when I checked in. Thanks for a great experience!

Really awesome place with a wonderful staff. Rooms were clean, kitchenette was stocked with everything I needed to make several great meals. Over the years I've stayed at half the places directly on the Promenade and most of them don't compare to this, especially for the pricing. Less than a two minute walk to the beach, grocery stores, farmers market, and anything else you might need or want to do.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was awesome. The only complaint was several spider webs in the halls and in corridors with stairs but being that they were outside, it wasn't that bad. Everything else was awesome, especially the price! Great location, close to everything we wanted to see. Would stay again for sure.

I'm very grateful for my wife's habit of checking for bedbugs in every place we stay cause we found a few of the signs for those here. Nothing conclusive, but enough to be alarmed. Fortunately, the staff promptly moved us to another unit and were very accomodating. Bedbugs can happen even in 5-star resorts but hopefully the cleaners here will check matresses a bit more in the future!

Positive: Carmen was the best. Easy to meet with, gave us lots of info on Seaside, we got a great room and the river side view, bed, and just relaxed. Per friendly and we lived the balcony. Negative: Time you return to your building as parking can be something to watch if pick up?s leaving or entering but ok.

Positive: Good walking distance for shops. Housekeepers and front desk reception were polite. Negative: Our room was in a separate building on the other side of the lot but not that bad to find. We just came in late in the night due to running out of gas and were just ready to be in bed and not driving anymore.
