An excellent and affordable SEATAC airport hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Coast Gateway compares favorably with other budget-oriented airport hotels.

The parking lot can be a challenge, especially if you have a wide car. Sharps RoastHouse is located next door and is a good option for dinner. We used the Park and Fly option, which is a partnership with Masterpark and were satisfied with the service (Masterpark is more secure than other airport area options and their staff are extremely efficient).

This was an unexpected find right at the airport. The hotel is clean and fresh. Even our pet friendly room was pleasant.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle is convenient. The drive to and from the airport has got to be the easiest in town.

The restaurant on site is very good.
The continental breakfast will get your morning going.

I booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle and proximity to the terminal. Unfortunately, the shuttle experience was a disaster. I called to request a pickup for my husband and daughter, and the front desk clerk was incredibly clueless and unhelpful. She kept asking what "shuttle sign" they were standing by - even though they were in the exact spot they were dropped off that morning, and there were no signs in sight. She refused to send the shuttle without a number from a nonexistent sign, so I had to drive over and pick them up myself. Had I not had a car, I would’ve been forced to pay $50 for an Uber because of her incompetence.

The issues didn’t stop there. The breakfast was terrible - my dog wouldn’t even touch it. The coffee was so weak it tasted like tea. Beds were rock-hard, linens were cheap and scratchy, and the entire place is extremely outdated. Water pressure was weak, the toilet ran all night, and the vending machine ate my money. There’s only one entrance by the front desk, which is super inconvenient for loading and pets.

Parking is a nightmare. It’s shared with a nearby restaurant, and the spaces are ridiculously tight. It took us 20 minutes just to squeeze into the second-to-last spot - and we actually witnessed a wreck while trying to park. If you leave, don’t count on finding a spot again.

Overall, this place is massively overpriced for what you get. Without the shuttle service (which clearly doesn’t function as advertised), this is a 1-star experience. If you have any other options - go with those instead.

As others have said, it isn't anything fancy, but it is very reasonably priced, included breakfast, close to the airport, and a quick shuttle. What else do you need? Oh yes, a fabulous front desk staff! Thank you Catherine for being exceedingly kind to this very road weary individual 😊

EXCELLENT Hotel and just a 10 minute walk to the terminal. Can do with Shuttle or walk if you like a good stretch. Staff is great. Made me feel right at home and took good care of me. WOW, hard to find so close to an Airport? Keep up the good work and you will always have my business. Thanks!

Top marks for everything. Convenient friendly reliable airport shuttle. Pleasant check in. We had a very early departure . They provided a very nice healthy breakfast to go. The whole experience was top notch. My expectations were low and I was blown away.

Stayed here for a quick place to sleep after an evening flight. Great location close to the airport! Check in was easy and fast. Unfortunately the wifi just didn’t work at all, hence the 4 stars. We called front desk and they said they had technicians looking into it. Also the fire alarm went off around midnight which was startling but thankfully just a false alarm! Would stay again for an easy place to stay!

It was clean, close to the airport 🛫and quiet. Nice, friendly staff and on time shuttle service. Nice breakfast was a bonus. I will definitely recommend.
