The location of this hotel is perfect. I need to put that out first. The hotel is nice and elegant. For not being a full 5 star or even 4 star hotel it’s pretty great. The shower had two shower heads and was cleaner than most higher end hotels I’ve been too. The staff was great and fantastic and the rooms were quiet. It felt safe there and overall everyone was nice.

Overall I really enjoyed the hotel. I’d give it a 4.7/5, but since that’s not an option it gets a 5.

We loved our time here and hope to go back soon. The bed is so comfortable and room large, but cozy. A great bathroom with the biggest shower we’ve seen! The location is terrific, loved being close to Porto’s and Magnolia Park shops.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coast Burbank Hotel, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Their friendly demeanor and efficiency set the tone for our stay.

The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making us feel truly at home. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, keeping our room spotless and well-stocked with amenities.

One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary shuttle service, which made it easy to explore the area without any hassle. It was a great convenience that added to the overall experience. Thank you Louise and the other driver for getting my family from the hotel and picking us up from Universal Studios, California. Plus it was all free. Just make sure to TIP these drivers. They save my family around $100 a day.

We were also treated to a delicious breakfast cooked to perfection. The menu had a variety of options, and everything we tried was flavorful and satisfying. I want to give a special shoutout to the waitress who served us on February 8, 2025. She was attentive, friendly, and really made our breakfast experience memorable.

In the evenings, Dennis the bartender truly enhanced my stay with his delicious drinks and warm hospitality. He made me feel right at home, crafting cocktails that were not only tasty but also beautifully presented.

Overall, the hospitality at Coast Burbank Hotel exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special!

I had an amazing time during my stay at Coast Anabelle Hotel. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great customer service.||Kudos to the Housekeeping staff for keeping our room clean during our stay. It felt so good to walk in to a clean room after a long day at Universal Studios. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job in cleanliness to our room. Thank You Housekeeping staff!||Also the Shuttle Service Staff were amazing. Since I arrived to the Hotel, I had requested shuttle service to and from Universal Studios to the Hotel. The shuttle staff were very friendly and punctual. Thank you Shuttle Service Saff!||Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and I would recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Universal Studios. The staff are friendly, the food at the restaurant is delicious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very big with a nice shower. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank Coast Anabelle!

This is a great small hotel, with lovely staff who made you feel very welcome. The room (twin queen) was well proportioned / large and the beds were large and comfortable - some firmer pillows would not go amiss but it takes nothing away from the overall accommodation.|Chairs, a table and small fridge were welcome useful additions to the room. |The large bathroom was clean and well maintained. |We found the restaurant to be very good, with excellent breakfasts served when we used it. |The transportation options to get to key attractions (we used it to get to and from Universal) was a huge benefit, and the drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. |We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would recommend to others.

Crossed the country for a week for my birthday and stayed here. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Complimentary shuttle service around Burbank was very helpful and did their best to accommodate me even last-minute at times. Enjoyed the restaurant a number of times. A high-quality establishment. Would stay here again.
