Charlie is amazing. He manages our short-term rental and is always looking to do what is best for the long term and short term. If a guest has an issue, he never drops the ball. There have been many occasions where an issue has occurred late in the evening, and he doesn't hesitate to solve it. Our fridge went out and the guest was in danger of losing all of their food. He went straight to the store and brought them ice and an ice chest and also provided a credit to them. That comes out of both of our pockets, but it is the stand-up thing to do. He does his job and allows us to passively collect on our property with no hassle. Highly recommend his services whether you think you need it or not.

The host was very hospitable and professional. He answered all questions and responded to requests very quickly. He went above and beyond to accommodate our large group to ensure we had an absolutely fun and comfortable experience, which we did! His personality alone is enough reason to book this home!

The stay was amazing! It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a great location for anyone planning to stay in Indio! There is enough parking on site as well as on the street to fit 6 vehicles. The home is spacious and can accommodate large groups. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a kitchen island that was helpful for meal prep. The real wood dining table was very long and was a classy touch. I was impressed with the backyard which had a hot tub, pool, fire pit, and plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade. It comes with large floaties that make hanging out in the pool even more fun! We were able to experience the heated pool, which is a game-changer, so make sure you request this for your trip! I would highly recommend staying at place if you want to have a great time!

Absolutely thrilled with my stay over the weekend at one of the Airbnbs Charlie manages. The house is super cozy and well equipped with a variety of amenities. The beds are really comfortable providing a restful good night sleep. I would definitely book again when in the Coachella valley.
