Nothing is better than having a delicious meal on the outside patio over looking the mountains. It came complete with a breath taking view. Along with gorgeous weather. My server was wonderful and the detail he went into made everything so special. We had 9 people in our party. I got the Gregory Bald burger and it was the most amazing burger I ever had. The meat was super fresh along with the toppings. The fries were cooked to perfection. This is a must do when on top of the mountain. Worth every penny.

One of the best places I have ever visited. The location is breathtaking. It's not too expensive either. The first time the location and kitchen were absolutely amazing. I would recommend trying burgers, fried tomatoes and drinks.The service was quick and efficient. I loved every moment of it.

This was a great place to eat! We loved our waitress; she was helpful and attentive. My son got the mac and cheese, which was real. I got the ribs which were juicy and very saucy. Hubby got the steak. We were very happy with the meal! The view is amazing. It was a little pricy, but it wasn't bad. The cafe was almost as expensive and this was real food!! We would go back!

We had a wonderful time at the Cliff Top restaurant! There was a line out the door when we walked up but we were seated very quickly! The view was amazing and the food and drinks we had were delicious! Our waitress was also very friendly and answered any questions we had about the menu! 10/10 would recommend!

The Cliff Top restaurant is part of the Anakeesta park. You have to pay for general admission then you can go to the restaurant. The whole park is excellently kept and is very nice. The Cliff Top itself is good, food is good, atmosphere is decent and service is fine. In my experience when a restaurant has a captive customer (like on a cruise ship or at a resort) the restaurant often is subpar due to the lack of competition. This one is very good in spite of that, however it could also be better. It wasn't cheap either, for the two of us it was $110 without any alcoholic drinks which is more than the Google reviews showed.
All in all it was good and the view was spectacular but I wish the restaurant was as great as the view.

Complaints:
Mac and cheese was a bit overpriced for what you got (it was a little dry and came with some slightly unappealing cornbread). The chicken in the grilled chicken sandwich was inedible as the taste was just bad. The cheese curds were good, but they weren't exactly hot or melty, more like slightly warm or even microwaved.

Overall review:
The food and service were good, and the outdoor seating had decent shade. However, the table and the cloth the utensils were wrapped in had some pollen (understandable as it was outside). The portions were big, but this is an American restaurantand they provide takeout boxes. The lemonade also tasted fine, but it did taste slightly watered down.

The views are worth it but the food is on the pricer side even for a local attraction. I will say the tacos I got were delicious, made to order, and a decent amount. Loved the various places to sit down in the shade and enjoy the food.

Clifftop Restaurant at Anakeesta – A Must-Try in Gatlinburg!
We had such a great dining experience at Clifftop! The food was absolutely delicious—especially the shrimp and grits, which were bursting with flavor. The burgers and fries were also really tasty. This ended up being one of the best meals we’ve had during our trip to Gatlinburg, TN. The restaurant itself is beautiful and offers stunning mountain views. We’re so glad we chose to eat here—Clifftop will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we visit Gatlinburg again!

Food is ok. Used to be great now they up the prices and lowered the quality of the food. I love anakesta so much though but for those used to that huge steak from a year ago. Don't come back expecting it. It's half the size now. And although it's good, it's no longer the same amount and higher price. Wings aren't smoked now either 😭 this was my favorite place to go eat. But the people are super friendly! I have attached the photos of the steak difference the one with mashed potatoes is the current one and the first Wings are the current ones the last pictures was just last year in July
