Best customer service from Louis behind the deli counter. He was so fine friendly and patient. He was amazing all of his suggestions are amazing I ended up getting both types of prosciuttos jalapeño Munster cheese and another type of delicious cheese. Thanks Louis for all your suggestions! Matthew at the check out was very kind and patient as well.

I always give the delicious cookies as holiday gifts. I picked up a tray to ‘preview’ and I was so disappointed. They must have changed cookie vendors. The jam in the cookies is literally old and hard. Chocolate cookie paper thin but so hard that it’s hard to break in half. The filled shells are sloppy and the chocolate in which some are dipped is not shiny. They get a small fortune for their cookies but not worth it any more. The price is fine for their formerly perfect cookies, but these are not the same cookies. The deli sandwiches are terrific. Back to See’s candy for holiday gifts as much as I like to support small business first.

I’ve only been to the location in Claremont; which has always been very consistent. But when I visited this location, the game changed across the board. All of the personnel working the deli and meat; were just so great! So friendly, so sincere. Really made me feel like I had been there so ma y times before. And the same goes for the personnel working the register and bakery goods. Also so friendly. Fortunately I hand a project going nearby. I went in for sandwiches; I came out with pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and various other items. Oh. And the sandwich’s too. Great place. Sorry for the rant; just thought it was well deserved.

I called ahead and ordered 3 sandwiches. The person who took my order was nice and helpful. However, I picked up the sandwiches and they were all wrong. I ordered an uncle kief, a custom sandwich and a cousin Kara. I dropped off the cousin Kara to the person who was going to eat it and never heard back, so hope it was accurate. The uncle kief had no roast beef and they added; They put ham in it. It was awful. I hate ham. The custom sandwich had the roast beef and the salami that was supposedto be in the uncle kief. My father can’t eat roast beef or salami or hot pepper cheese.

Two of the sandwiches went in the trash. What a waste. The order was easy.

I ended up buying $92 worth of things. I’m hoping the cookies and other things I bought are good.

So disappointed.

This was my first time trying them again. The last time, I ordered off google, because they offered online ordering. I got yelled at for not calling in my order. Why offer online ordering through your site if you are going to yell at people who use it. But… after messing up our sandwiches I don’t think my family will harass me to try them again. They are mad, too now.

This place is great! I was passing by and didn't know they were there. I made the Husband turn the car around. Great fresh bread, deli goodies, and yummy cookies. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Maggie. We'll come back and try the Tustin location as well! If you can go, go.

I could not eat my turkey sandwich. Soggy and a tons of sour dressing. Maybe it was desjon mustard. It was so bitter. I also ordered a Cucumber salad which was so soggy, you can tell the tomatoes were way passed what they should be. I threw my whole lunch away. Never eat there again. Grossed me out.
