Arrived at the hotel, nice quiet location close to a restaurant, and the man at the front desk was very friendly and personable. It just so happened that we had a coupon for this hotel ($79 plus tax, no restrictions) and he said "no problem, I will honor that coupon". Although we presented our choice hotel member card, the information was not inputted (name and address and other contact info on the receipt the next day was blank) so we did not receive any points for this stay. Also, the room rate was $98 plus tax...the coupon was not applied and my partner is quite upset about that (even now, a month later!)
The room was clean and good, but we found the lighting to be inadequate (it was really dark). Also, for the first 4 hours after we checked in (from 5pm - 9pm) there was no hot water for a shower (water got warm after that time).
Quiet sleep. Breakfast area was being carefully attended by a friendly woman. Although there is no hot food, there were hardboiled eggs, yogurt, various bread products, waffles and cold & hot cereal (with a very nice oatmeal-fixin's bar...raisins, granola, walnuts etc). Fella who checked us out in the morning was also very nice and friendly. If only the check in (applying our rewards card/contact info and coupon) had been done correctly, I would have no complaint for our stay. Oh well. I would say the manager should perhaps look into front desk staff training, but I think that WAS the manager who checked us in that evening.
March 2025 price was about $110 after taxes.
So, quiet sleep, fine breakfast, friendly staff. Possible issue with hot water availability and watch your amount upon check-out.

Stayed here August 3rd (I believe). Stopped on the way up north (home) from Florida. We walked in and were provided a room, the room was gross, blood in the toilet and on toilet seat. Asked for another room, we were given one. They didn't offer any sort of discount for the experience. The new room was musty smelling, dark, and just very uncomfortable. I felt gross sleeping there. I would have left but it was 3am and we were in unfamiliar territory. I just wanted to go to sleep and get back on the road asap. If i wasn't with kids, i would have slept in the car over this,

Loved my stay here. My eye Doctor is right around the corner. I came 2 days ahead of schedule, because of predictions for snow. We git lots of snow the freezing rain. Everyone was so nice. Stayed 3 days.

Are company has been staying here for a while. The desk service has been great. Also the rooms have been very clean. House keeping is doing a very good job.

No complaints! Very simple one-night stay and didn't use many amenities, but wanted to give a shout-out because this hotel accommodated our arrival at 1 AM. Amber was working overnight and was super welcoming, prompt, and helpful! The room was comfy and clean and gave a good night of rest.

Great hotel for the price. Service at front desk was great. The gentleman checking us in Friday night was polite and very patient. There was a line checking in but he got through it without issues, resolving some problems as they arose and answering phone. Room was acceptable. Bed firmer than I like but some may like it. Continental breakfast but we chose to go to Tudors Biscuit World (fantastic!). We'll keep this hotel in mind when passing through.

I've known this hotel this building my whole life and you can tell that it's as old as I am My son and I decided to walk around and we were walking on the second floor and you could feel where the floor was uneven and squeaky almost like it was unsafe. The rooms were nice enough though.

I will see from beginning we got there and we got into the lobby which smelled like smoke and same with our room. We got all our stuff settled in our first room in which I went to return the cart and our door hinge broke off and we couldn’t get in the room only out took 2 hours for them to change the room we were in and overall this breakfast sucked the location sucks. Will never stay here again. We also had no WiFi as the WiFi is the whole hotel.
