Great place to stay. Great free breakfast. Eggs,waffles, sausage,fruit,etc. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. They didn't bug you. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I don't see how this hotel or inn has only 2 stars. I just checked out of there less than half an hour ago. And I will be staying there again.

The service was fantastic here. Whitney was the front desk clerk when we checked in and she was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The continental breakfast has so many options and is very delicious. Also, the Orient Express restaurant located in the hotel has THE BEST chinese food I have ever had.

It's a nice looking property but suffers from lack of upkeep. Recently became a Clarion property. Room was clean. Paper products were awful. Breakfast was unappealing, eggs could not, would not swallow. Coffee seemed old and not as hot as you would expect.

Pool area was really nice! Room was a good size! Bed was comfy! Shades are dark (in a good way)! Microwave and fridge is definitely a bonus. Shower area a little dated and needs a little updating. Breakfast was good! Really quite and nice! Overall a good stay!!!

I've been to this same hotel almost ten times over the last four years. It's been progressively worse and worse. I've always had trouble with the breakfast, but this trip was especially weird. The first room we were assigned was actually still dirty. The bedding was tossed all over and there was trash on the counters. We asked for a different room, but when we left you could see through the window that the first room was still dirty. The breakfast this time had the same problem as last time. Whomever is in charge of making sure the breakfast stays stocked wasn't doing a great job. We had to go hunt them down several times to refill things. Overall it is becoming more work than it is worth to stay here.

This hotel is a lovely little gem. Recently stayed there and truly enjoyed the stay. The room was spacious, clean and had everything I needed, including breakfast. The cost was very reasonable. The location was close to stores, restaurants and entertainment. I can't say enough about staff. I called there 3 times before I checked in and spoke to a different person each time and each time the individual was always friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again.

Great folks, loved the fountains in each courtyard. Great breakfast each morning. yes it is the standard hotel breakfast but plus, best potatoes, eggs fluffy and you could see by the bits of egg white they weren't from a box of egg product, quality ingredients, great flavor. I highly recommend it and did to other travelers at the event I attended. caught it at the right time to enjoy the flowers in the private courtyards, I didn't get time to ise the pool and hot tub but spoke with some ladies and they have them high reviews.

My experience with Sierra Vista Boutique Hotel was an extremely disappointing one. None of the Amenities were working when I had checked in including the pool being too dirty and the gym equipment not working. My room had an odor when I checked in and I had complained about bed begs to the staff and they told me they did not care, that if I did not like it, I could check into a different hotel. I also experienced some dishonesty with the manager upon checking out. The hotel tried to double book me an extra couple of nights when I only requested a 2 night stay. I discovered afterwards that the manager was attempting to continue to charge me even after I had checked out. I had to dispute this charge with my credit card company which was a hassle. Horrible experience with dishonest staff member.
