We were taken on this surprise cruise brunch and it was wonderful. The staff were welcoming and attentive, especially when it came to filling our glass with mimosas!! The food included French toast, chicken, potatoes, salmon, scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, salads, and many mini desserts. We ate will enjoying music and coasting the harbor. We watched all the boats go by, many expressing their political viewpoints but we just appreciated the view.

Went on this brunch cruise for my friends birthday, the boat was really nice and it was organized. The food was not the best but I was hungry, I dont drink so I'm not sure how the mimosas were but my friend only had 1 and said there wasn't any orange juice. I had the french toast which just tasted like bread but I was able to dr it up with whipped cream and strawberries and it did the job. The salmon was ok just over cooked a lil and the pitatoes were a bit hard. I still enjoyed myself overall. The server was great!

We had an amazing experience with City Cruises new Port Beach two weeks ago! My future Son-In-Law had a vision for his proposal to my daughter and we rented the Dream Maker to help his vision come to life!! From start to finish the entire crew were incredible!! Amy, was my main contact from the beginning and I can't thank her enough for all she did, she went over and beyond to make every detail we asked for happen! We met several times with her to ensure everything was in place and on the day, they all helped to set everything up and make sure everything was PERFECT! The Captain (Parker) and crew were so friendly and so accomodating and the bartender even videoed the whole engagement for us! We have had so many compliments on the night from the boat, to the crew and to the food as well. The food was delicious, especially the spare ribs!! I highly recommend City Crusies for any special occasion, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you City Crusies, my daughter and son had the most memorable night!!!

The 45 minute cruise was well worth the $15! I love a boat ride! The crew was courteous and friendly. It was a weekday, so it wasn’t crowded at all. The guide was very informative, but talked very fast. And with the sound system it was hard to pick up everything said. It was very interesting but would have like a little more narrative. But definitely worth the time and money!

We celebrated an 18th birthday with a brunch cruise. It was great! The food was amazing, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The top deck had games and comfortable furniture to sit and take in the view. We had a wonderful time!

We were told the vessel could take up to 150 guests. I paid for 149 and my guests count ended up being under 120. When we arrived we were told the vessel can only seat 80 guests. Almost half of my guests did not have anywhere to seat for the entire cruise. Clearly the staff did not provide us with accurate information.
Also l made a horrible mistake with the amount l gave as gratuity. When l requested my money back, my request was denied. The staff told me that they do not do any refund but they are able to accept any additional gratuity. It is very obvious to me that, the staff care more about profits than customer satisfaction.

My fiances company rented a cruise, fed us all, drinks, dancing etc. the service was great, people were so so nice. I would recommend this for a wedding etc. it was awesome!
