This hotel was adequate. The check process was fine. The room was clean and adequately furnished. In my opinion, our room and hotel needs updating. It was moderately priced. The breakfast was pretty skimpy and in my opinion, not very appealing. If you are traveling through the area access to the freeway was very good.

Payed $30 for early check in wish I knew we weren't going to be staying. The room reeked of what I can only describe as a homeless person, went and bought a can of lysol and it came back. Upon checking in there was what looked like ash on the bed( wish i would of taken a picture) tried to make the best of it but the smell was horrendous. Checked out before 9pm and had to go rent somewhere else which was so incredibly inconvenient in the middle of the night with kids. Now I know why this place didn't have any reviews I should of taken heed.I thought just maybe the new owners renovated it to a higher standard. Please take my warning and go somewhere else!

Very clean and the breakfast was delicious 😋 was very cool and quiet....nice place to rest... didn't get the chance to try the pool, will for sure next time. Can't wait to have breakfast again....the price was also nice considering I checked out other places.

The hotel is nice, nothing fancy but well kept. The staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and everything is definitely clean. Unfortunately the bathroom smelled so strongly of cleaning product we had to leave the door open and run the fan. Maybe not a big deal for some, but when you have asthma, it is.|The rooms have all the basic amenities and noise was never a problem for us. But, for me the bed was hard as a rock and some how the pillows were too.|A big part of the reason we chose this hotel was for the heated, indoor pool. There was a rare cold snap and a pool is a must for us. The pool was clean and just the right temperatur but the overwhelming smell of chlorine was barely tolerable. No towels available and the jacuzzi wasn't exactly clean.|Overall our experience was fine. If the beds were comfortable I would rate it higher.

My husband and I were in town for a family reunion. I chose this hotel via other reviews and I'm glad I did. The room was nice - a bit outdated? Sure but still roomy and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and well-supplied. The pool/spa was terrific! And the washer/dryer was an added bonus; we had been there 5 days and still had a Disneyland trip to dress for. There was no laundry soap in the vending machine so the management had set out a bottle. Much appreciated! ||The TV was fine and we loved having HBO for a few nights.||The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. There was plenty of food/shopping nearby. Plus (we play Pokemon Go) the fountain is a pokestop!||We would definitely stay here again.

I had the best experience at this hotel down to the housekeepers. I want to say that Sean the manager was amazing and so hospitable and so was the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend staying here its super quiet now since the coronavirus came out. I stayed here for 15 days here. I was bummed gym wasn't open. I love how clean the hotel was constantly disinfecting the hotel. The manager gave guests masks which was nice and i liked how they followed the cdc guidelines. I'm travel nurse and was impressed.

We had a very nice stay for 4 nights. We were able to get one of the last rooms on very short notice. Check in was smooth and quick and the clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and big with a king bed, a big movable TV, coffee maker and microwave, chair and deask, a fridge that got extremely cold. and a sitting area with a couch and coffee table. A real "suite". There is a very faint musty smell when the in wall AC is left off. The breakfast was kind of a joke with vending machine cinnamon buns and honey buns left at the check in desk in the morning. Somewhat understandable due to the covid situation, but we had a pleasant stay nonetheless.

The night we checked in, we noticed a strong smell in our room and bathroom. The couch was pretty dingy looking with some crusty white marks on it, curtains were stained, and dresser drawers didn't even seem clean to use for our clothes. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and a half-used toilet paper roll. We didn't think it could get much worse... We went out for dinner and drinks. Less than four hours later we came back to a flooded bathroom floor. The light fixture was hanging down from the ceiling and dripping water every few seconds. I had two of my bags on the ground which were completely soaked, one with my curling iron inside of it. It was about 11:30 pm and I called the front desk but there was no maintenance service to come fix the leak. I told him we couldn't even use the toilet because the leak was dropping right in front of it. He stated he could not change our room because they were over-booked for the night. I said I'll need the night comped and he said we could speak to the manager in the morning around 8 or 9 am. Then, he offered us extra towels, which we had to go down and retrieve ourselves. So, if you're planning on providing your own housekeeping service, that's exactly what you'll do. We mopped up the bathroom floor ourselves and placed one of the trash cans under the leak, as the front desk did not have a bucket or other container we could use. At this point, we did not feel like valued guests and were extremely disappointed in how the staff handled this situation. ||In the morning, the front desk called and I stated the leak had stopped but the light was still hanging down from the ceiling. They said they'd send someone up to fix this. To "make it right," they offered me $30 off the bill. I stated that I would need more than that, after this whole ordeal. They called the manager and came back to me with $45 as their best offer. I requested the first night be comped and was told that would be hard to do but they'd call back. Someone else now called me, Sean, but he was still not the manager. I was never given the opportunity to speak to the manager myself. Sean offered us $50 off, to which I replied that I would need half off the first night. He agreed to do that, which was about $75. He also offered to get us a new room, as it was the person above us who had flooded their bathroom floor by not using the shower curtain properly. They had instructed that guest on proper use, however, if it happened again this next night, they wouldn't do anything for us. We opted to stay since the leak had stopped, anyway, and really didn't want to move all of our stuff for just one more night. ||Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I absolutely understand that things happen, but at that point it is the quality of the customer service that makes a difference and the Comfort Suites, Redlands, completely missed the mark. They definitely don't value their guests, as you can tell from some of these other reviews. I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, as they cannot provide basic hospitality service or clean rooms.
