Dawn has done 4 trips for us. We went to Hawaii, Europe, and took 2 Cruises. Each one was excellent. She had suggestions on things to do. She had things planned to a T. The bus rides to and from the airports. Our air flights. We had a problem with getting one of our flights as it was cancelled and we were switched to another flight number. The girl at the counter just said there is no flight for you, then called the next person up. I said we have a flight home and I’m not leaving until we have us on a flight. I called Dawn right then and there and she told the girl to look for us on a different flight. She didn’t want to but Dawn said flights get cancelled every day and renumbered. They are on a flight now do your job and find it. The girl did find what flight number we were switched to. There was 4 of us on that trip and Dawn gives her phone number to call her with any problems. That was the only problem we ever had with a trip and she took care of it from 2000 miles away. We have recommended her to many of our friends. One of our Doctors who now uses her on all his family trips.

Worst travel experience! These scammers- literally- sold us tickets for the Titanic.
They sold us tickets for an affordable and comfortable trip with short time lay over which seemed too good to be true. Turned out to be a scam. The airline are famous for delaying and cancelling trips and asking for extra payment ($250-$600) for rebooking a totally different trip on a totally different date.
When we called the same travel agent who sold us the ticket, she said that she is having a vacation in Florida, and couldn’t help us!!!
Save your money and save yourself an awful experience. You do not need them.
