This is the place to go if you need to talk to someone about whatever you’re working on. I have never waited long for someone to help me. Today & yesterday I consulted with a woman, I believe the franchise owner, who’s forgotten more about plumbing than I ever knew. Got me just what I needed.

Now, square footage alone would indicate they don’t carry everything the big stores have, but they generally have what you’re looking for. I go there for what they have in abundance — customer service.

I was in Circle Lumber today to get lumber for shelves and have it cut. Lol, this is where my dad used to go when I was a child, and I'm almost 81 now. Evan, with patience way beyond Job's, spent time with me figuring out what I needed, arranged to get it cut, and called me in a few minutes to pick it up. SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE IN COMPARISON TO LOWE'S AND HOME DEPOT! Another young man who cut the lumber was so nice and helped, also. I didn't get his name, but these two gave "old time" customer service in 2023. The price was great, too. If you really want and need personal service, help and advice, go to Circle Lumber. You will experience "old time" customer service just like when customers knew and were treated like they mattered, SO rare today! There were only 5 stars, but I would give these two young men and Circle Lumber 10. The made my day!

It's a locally-owned family-owned business. Home Depot and Lowe's are both woke companies that use the money you give them to make devastating decisions for this country. But locally owned companies are the heart of this nation. Circle Hardware & Lumber also give military and student discounts. 😀

A great business that survived changing times!
A very courteous Staff! Ive been dealing with Circle Hardware
for over the last 30 year. Since the new owners have taken over
there inventory has increased greatly and prices have become more competitive. You save time for sure then having to deal with the big companies .They get you in and out quickly.

Here's to keeping it local! I went into the store with what I wanted to do, but unsure of how I should do it. What an amazing experience!!!! The staff was on point and clearly understood what I was saying in a "roundabout" way. They immediately took me under their wings and handled everything! Thank you! Soon as I stepped in door, a gal down the isle asked what can I help you with. Loved her bubbly, funny and friendly attitude, with every one she came in contact with. Needed an odd size tiny tiny nut, we couldn't find correct nut, so she got someone who could. 1st visit to this little hardware store and I prefer mom and pops, I've got to say this was the quickest and friendliest yet.

This place is great and would recommend it to anyone looking for great customer service and competitively priced products! The only hardware store I shop at in town. They’ve had everything I’ve ever needed from lawn equipment, lighting, concrete anchors, and dryer plugs. You are greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable face every time you walk in. An employee takes you to exactly what you need and will talk you through what would be best for your project. Guaranteed quick, convenient, and hassle free every time.

All you could ask of a small hardware store, and then some. Customer service is amazing, I was in the store for less than 10 minutes and was asked if I needed help four times. Definitely will go here if I can help it instead of Lowe's. Student discount available here too, not sure if they have veteran discount like Lowe's since I didn't have to ask because of student discount.
